Exp – 8+Yrs
Education - BE/ B.Tech with Certified Network professional or advanced level of OEM certification
Profile - Network management (routing), Router Configuration and Troubleshooting, up gradation, Link Performance Management, Management of all L3 Switch & L2 Switch at all the PoP's/ Departments. Required to support for problems & changes. Managing RAS, ISDN, IP Telephony, Wireless, Video Conferencing etc.
Package – 3.6 LPA.

2. Position - Support Engineer
Exp – 3+ Yrs
Education - BE/ B.Tech with experience of maintenance of RF equipment’s
Profile - Mainly responsible for maintenance and configuration of Network infrastructure Installed under Horizontal Segment

4. Position - Help Desk Coordinator
Education - BE/ MCA/M.Sc(IT)/ Graduate

Profile - Logging of support calls, escalation of calls, Recording of configuration items & service calls, Monitor & control the Service levels & underlying, Creating MIS Reports for management purpose, Managing and supporting the Helpdesk System (tool) for day-to-day operations.
