NIT Rourkela : Cutoff , Fees , Admission, Ranking, Placement , Courses 2024-2025

NIT Rourkela, formerly known as Regional Engineering College Rourkela, is funded by the government of India. NIT Rourkela is an autonomous public technical university. It offers courses related to engineering, science, and technology. The Institute has been modernised by two foreign collaborative funding agencies i.e. the Material theme in the Materials and Metallurgical Engineering department under the Indo-U.K. REC project and the Computer Science and Electronics streams under the World Bank cm Swiss Development Corporation IMPACT project.

The most well-known program is the BTech one at NIT Rourkela. Additional courses like PhD and MTech are also offered. NIT Rourkela has ranked 16 in the NIRF 2023 rankings. With an average package of 12.56 LPA, the college also guarantees an adequate Return on Investment. The admissions are based on JEE Main scores and JoSAA Counseling. NIT Rourkela JEE Main cutoff 2023 for the general category students is 21000th to 28000th rank. The annual tuition fee for a B.Tech degree is 1.78 lakhs, an MSc degree is 56,500, an MBA degree is 27.2 lakhs, and an MTech degree is 1.12 lakhs, respectively.
