Maida (all-purpose flour) – 35 g
Caster sugar – 25 g
Cocoa powder – 3 g (about 1 tsp)
Baking powder – 2 g (½ tsp)
Salt – a pinch
Milk – 30 g
Refined oil – 15 g
Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp
White vinegar – ½ tsp
Red gel colour – a few drops

Nutella Mug Cake

All-purpose flour – 30 g
Castor sugar – 15 g
Cocoa powder – 8 g
Baking powder – 1 g (¼ tsp)
Salt – a pinch
Milk – 35 g
Neutral oil or melted butter – 15 g
Vanilla extract – 2–3 drops
Nutella – 20–25 g (frozen for 15–20 minutes)

Microvave it for 90 seconds.
