Ananth Centre for learning and development is a unit of National Trust for the Handicapped, which is a charitable trust registered under the provision of charitable and religious trust act 1920. ACLD is a special school and vocation training Centre for person with developmental disabilities, it provides rehabilitation services to person with disabilities of all age groups. Person enrolled in ACLD

attend full program of activities on daily basis and engage in a range of therapy, special education and vocation training suiting to their needs. This Centre also welcomes out patient of all ages in addition to babies, toddlers and their parents. ACLD provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for all age groups in following areas:-
• Early intervention
• Medical
• Clinical psychology
• Special education
• Occupation therapy and sensory integration training
• Physiotherapy
• Speech and language therapy
• Vocational
• Yoga
• Performing Arts (Dance and music)
• Pottery
• Various therapies for ASD- ABA therapy, Music therapy, holding therapy, TEACCH
One of many activities of ACLD, student of Ananth Centre makes various craft items such as flowers, paper bags and many more. We exhibit these items in schools, corporate offices and wherever we get the opportunity to showcase their abilities and potential and thus make the community aware of the strength and talent of the person with developmental disabilities.

🎉 A Day of Talent, Creativity and Joy! 🎨🌟

Today, a few of our students participated in the Inter-School Talent Search Competition organized by Navjyoti School. We are delighted to share that one of our talented students secured 2nd Position in the Rakhi Making Competition! 🏆👏

Our students also enthusiastically participated in fun games and pot painting activities, making the day a wonderful experience filled with learning, creativity and enjoyment.

A heartfelt thank you to Navjyoti School for organizing such an inclusive and engaging platform for students of special schools, giving them an opportunity to showcase their abilities, interact with peers and celebrate their talents. 💙

Today, learning went beyond the classroom! 🛍️✨

Our students from three units enjoyed an exciting and enriching visit to Smart Bazaar, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. From exploring the mall and confidently using the escalator to selecting items, billing, making payments, and getting their purchases checked at the exit. every step was a valuable real-life learning experience! 🛒💳

Students happily bought things according to their own choices and needs, clothes, groceries, fruits, vegetables, toys, makeup, sanitary pads and much more. 🥦🍎👕🧸💄 Some shopped for themselves, some for their families, and some lovingly chose gifts for their mothers. ❤️

But the most beautiful part was seeing their excitement, confidence, independence and happiness throughout the experience! 😊🌟

This Independence Day, the stage truly belonged to our students! ✨

For the first time, we saw so many of our students coming forward to perform on stage, each in their own unique way. From our Swayam OPD learners and ACLD students to our D.Ed. trainees, every performance reflected their learning, confidence, effort and joy.

Today was not just a celebration of Independence Day; it was a celebration of possibilities, participation and the belief that every child can shine when given the right opportunity. ❤️

We are grateful to our Trustee, Seema Ma’am, our esteemed guests and wonderful parents for being a part of this special celebration. Your presence, encouragement and continued support mean so much to our students and motivate them to take every new step with confidence. 🙏

A special appreciation to our students and the entire team who worked together to make this celebration so meaningful and memorable. ❤️
