High Jive

High Jive HIGH JIVE, an initiative of Vasuki Educational Foundation, conducts interactive & educational workshops for children. [email protected]

Central to our educational philosophy are children, and keeping them in mind, Vasuki Educational Foundation, an initiative of IIT / IIM Alumni, passionate educationists, and informed parents, conceived the idea of ‘HIGH JIVE’. HIGH JIVE introduces modules that provide value through workshops that are meaningful fun, and focus on learning and development of intrinsic skills of a child. High Jive bases the curriculum on hands-on learning, to provoke the children’s minds and instill in them a sense of questioning in whatever they do. Thus, we focus on PARTICIPATING and DOING, LISTENING – not just hearing, THINKING with inquisitive minds, REASONING, QUESTIONING ‘Why the Why’, and experiencing the joy of SELF-DISCOVERY. LET YOUR CHILDREN EXPERIENCE HIGH JIVE! LET THEM BUILD, LEARN, CREATE, EXPLORE.....LET THEIR IMAGINATION SOAR!!

How many parents use this form of interaction daily with their children.....Click 'Like' if you do.....We'll be happy to know!!

Using open-ended questions with your child shows them you care about their thoughts. Most importantly is helps them develop critical thinking skills.

"Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning." - Mahatma Gandhi

We at High Jive really believe in what Gandhiji said.....We need to encourage our children in the smallest of activities to give them the confidence that everything is possible if we set our hearts & minds to it!!

HAPPY GANDHI JAYANTI !!
