Sleepwell Foundation conducted a Puberty Awareness Workshop for students of Classes 5th and 6th at Atal Adarsh Vidyalaya, Bapudham, New Delhi on 7th May 2026. 60 Students participated. The workshop aimed to educate students about the physical, emotional, and psychological changes experienced during adolescence while creating a safe and comfortable environment for open discussions.
The session was highly interactive and engaging, using videos, discussions, demonstrations, role plays, and activities to simplify concepts related to puberty, menstruation, hygiene, healthy habits, and emotional well-being. Separate educational videos for girls and boys helped students understand adolescent changes in an age-appropriate manner. The trainers addressed students’ questions patiently, clarified myths and misconceptions, and emphasized the importance of hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and emotional health.
Interactive activities, puzzles, and a role play on first-period experiences encouraged empathy, confidence, and participation, making the workshop informative, meaningful, and impactful for students.

Sleepwell Foundation Skill Development Centre, Khurja introduced a Gift Packaging Course in association with Magnificence Academy of Packing Professionals (MAPP) on 20th May 2026. The initiative was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Ms. Shalini Beriwal, Founder of MAPP, and Ms. Namita Gautam, Managing Trustee of Sleepwell Foundation.
This collaboration aims to empower rural youth, especially women, by equipping them with practical, industry-relevant skills in gift packaging. The course is designed to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and enhance employability through hands-on training, creativity development, and entrepreneurial exposure.

With the objective of helping young individuals build healthier and more meaningful interpersonal connections, Sleepwell Foundation organised two Relationships Workshops on 4th and 6th May 2026 at ITI, Arab Ki Sarai, Nizamuddin, New Delhi, engaging 115 boys and girls from different streams. The workshops focused on helping students understand the meaning, value, and importance of healthy relationships in everyday life through the lens of emotional well-being, mutual respect, communication, empathy, and responsible behaviour. Interactive discussions, brainstorming activities, and role plays encouraged students to reflect on friendships, personal boundaries, emotional responses, conflict management, and relationship dynamics. An engaging ice-breaker activity created an open environment where participants shared personal observations and actively contributed to conversations on healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns. The workshop also addressed common myths, warning signs of toxic behaviour, emotional honesty, and conflict resolution skills. By the end of the sessions, students demonstrated improved awareness about emotional maturity, respectful peer interactions, empathy, communication, and the importance of making thoughtful and responsible choices in relationships.

To promote emotional wellness and resilience among youth, Sleepwell Foundation organized an Emotional Wellness Workshop at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University on 30 April 2026. The workshop engaged over 38 B.Ed and M.Ed students along with 8 faculty members in meaningful discussions and practical activities around emotional well-being and stress management. The session began with an interactive ice-breaking Q&A, encouraging participants to reflect on emotions and everyday stress. A thought-provoking video with the message “Not all wounds are visible” sparked conversations on emotional health, followed by discussions on Navras, emotional expression, and the importance of recognizing feelings using a Feeling Chart and relatable experiences. Participants were also guided on balancing emotional, physical, and mental health through practical coping techniques such as grounding exercises, the 4-3-2-1 method, and Box Breathing. The workshop was highly appreciated by students and faculty, with participants showing enthusiasm, openness, and a strong willingness to adopt positive coping strategies, making the session impactful in strengthening emotional resilience.
