A two-day enrichment workshop, organised as part of the 10th-year academic programme of the ICP World Conference, provided a stimulating platform for professional learning, reflection, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative educational practices. The programme brought together educators to explore emerging ideas and benchmark effective practices in school education.

As part of this enriching experience, Mrs. Swati Verma, Principal, accompanied by Senior Coordinator Dr. Shivani, also visited the Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School. Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom

“A nation’s strength lies in the hearts of its people.”

Independence Day is a celebration of freedom, courage and the enduring spirit of our nation. On 14 August 2026, the tiny tots of Pre-School and Pre-Primary at Mayur Public School embraced this spirit with immense enthusiasm, turning the celebration into a vibrant tapestry of patriotism, confidence and joy.

Dressed as inspiring freedom fighters, our little patriots stepped forward with remarkable confidence, enacting their chosen heroes and delivering meaningful lines that brought history alive in the most delightful way. Their patriotic rhyme added rhythm and fervour to the occasion, while the Tricolour Flag Craft Activity beautifully blended creativity with learning, helping the children discover the significance and symbolism of our National Flag.

The celebration was more than a festive observance—it was a gentle yet meaningful introduction to the values of freedom, courage, unity and love for the nation. Through every little voice, colourful flag and confident performance, the young learners celebrated the spirit of freedom and took their first steps towards becoming proud and responsible citizens of tomorrow.

“Learning becomes magical when curiosity meets exploration!”

Budding Scientists Activity was organized on 7th August 2026 (Friday) for the students of Classes I and II to promote curiosity, scientific thinking, and experiential learning. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 – Quality Education, the activity introduced children to the concept of miscible and immiscible liquids through a simple experiment conducted in the science laboratory.

Students enthusiastically observed that water and milk mix completely, making them miscible liquids, whereas oil and water do not mix, making them immiscible liquids. They also learned scientific terms such as miscible, immiscible, liquid, pour and stir.

The activity encouraged students to observe, make predictions, ask questions, and connect scientific concepts with everyday life. It enhanced their observation and critical thinking skills while making science learning enjoyable and meaningful for our budding scientists.
