National Medical Commission hereby issues guidelines for 2022-23
batch of MBBS as follows:
1.
The academic calendar for 2022-'23 batch which shall commence
on 15th November'22 as per Annexure.
2.
It may please be noted that vacations and examination schedules
may be arranged as per the affiliated universities of the respective
colleges.
3.
The other broad guidelines are as mentioned below:
Electives- 2 blocks of 15 days each to be adjusted by
colleges for (a) pre/ paraclinical branches and (b) clinical
branches.
i. Supplementary Exams to be conducted with a gap of 1
month from the regular exams and results to be declared
within 15 days.
in. There shall be no supplementary batches.
iv. The remaining rules and regulations shall be as per GMER
1997.
v. Yoga, Family adoption program through village outreach
shall continue as for 2021-'22 batch.
This issues with the approval of the Chairman, National Medical
Commission.
