These extraordinary and tiny
Nudibranchs were only discovered in 1993. They range in size from 5mm-1cm long making them comparable to a grain of rice! They have the amazing ability to retain chloroplasts from the algae which they graze on and use them to photosynthesise like plants! This also makes them bioluminescent.
