A baseline report of the pupil for each subject program is the starting point of our customized mentoring, which can be successful only if it is program outlined for the academic year.

Input/Interventions->

Art of Shiksha is a mentoring platform for school students of all ages until Class XII or A Level where it is the first time when the pupils would be systematically enriched with knowledge and skills of learning and consequently would be scientifically tracked of their performance at every stage of the subject program on concept building, application & related skills. Emphasis on development of overall educational health of pupil. The pupils would continue with their school board curriculum, and yet have an experience of vast & interesting learning. Opportunities for summer jobs would be available for the pupils to enhance their learning through more exposures & experiences of the living world, like taking a few classroom sessions for younger subject program pupils etc. Each subject group is known as a Program. Each program has different program groups with unique code. Each program group has maximum 6 pupils of the same subject & same school grade level, preferably having the same school board curriculum and same city location. Each program has fixed classroom dates predetermined at the commencement of each program year, where the subject program would be @ 1 hour for 2 days per week, backed up by self-study/practice/test materials on the pupil dashboard. Self-study materials bring about a pupil’s art of independent learning and keep the pupil plugged to her/his interest naturally towards knowledge building. Each child is unique and our program would cater to the needs of customized attention in each classroom session & related supplementary practice materials shared on the pupil dashboard. In case, the pupil is being taught a lesson in school which is pre-scheduled to be taken up by the Art of Shiksha subject program at a later stage in the academic year, the pupil would receive all personalized guidance, practice notes along with a mind map & test from the mentor to help her/him be up to date in school. A baseline report of the pupil for each subject program is the starting point of our close monitoring & customized mentoring, which can be successful only if it is program outlined for the academic year. Each new mentor to the Art of Shiksha program would be trained on Art of Shiksha’s State of Art Programs, and be given hands-on training for conducting online classroom group sessions on the Smart Computers with modern techniques of computer technology. All subject classroom sessions are recorded. All telephonic conversations on our office phones are recorded for assuring security to pupils during program and classroom sessions and quality & training to the mentors and team.
