Today we will make Sweet Corn Nuggets.
Let's start making such a easy & best recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Sweet Corn
2 Boiled Potatoes
½ Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
¼ Cup Finely Chopped Onions
2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
2 Tablespoon Roasted & Grounded Fox Nut
1 Teaspoon Bread Crumbs
1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
Oil For Frying

Preparation:
Preparation of the Mixture:
For this, we will take 1 cup of sweet corn in a bowl.
Add 4 small-medium boiled and grated potatoes.
Add ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
Add ½ teaspoon salt or according to taste.
Add ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder.
Add ½ teaspoon coriander powder.
Add ¼ teaspoon garam masala.
Add ¼ cup finely chopped onion.
Add 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh green coriander.
Add 2 tablespoons foxnuts (makhana). Yes, I have roasted and finely ground them, so this is foxnut powder, we will add this.
Add 1 teaspoon bread crumbs.
And finally, add 1 tablespoon corn flour.
Now, mix it well with your hands.

Shaping and Coating:
Now, we will give it the shape of a cutlet.
And now, we will coat them with a little bit of roasted white sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Similarly, we will shape the entire mixture into cutlets.

Frying:
Now, pour oil into a pan and heat it over a medium flame.
As soon as the oil is hot, one by one, add all the cutlets and shallow fry them.
Press them gently with light hands.
When they are nicely fried on one side, flip them over.
Now, fry them for 3 to 4 more minutes.
They are now fried. Take them out and dish them out.

Sweet Corn Cutlets are as amazing to eat as they are tempting to look at.

Today we will make Super Crispy Chicken Donuts.
Let's start making such a easy & best recipe.

Ingrediants:
250 Grams chicken
50 Gram Boiled Potato
50 Gram chopped Onion
2 Tablespoon Chopped Spring Onion
2 Tablespoon Chooped Fresh Coriender
2 Tablespoon Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoon Grated Chaddar Cheese
2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/3 Teaspoon Salt or According to Taste
1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
1 Egg

For Coating:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Peri Peri Masala
2 Eggs
1 Cup Grounded Corn Flakes
Refined Oil for Frying

Preparation:
For this, take 250 grams of chicken, wash it well. Put this into a mixer jar. And then, add 50 grams of boiled potato, 50 grams of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, and grind it well to make a fine batter. Now, transfer this into a bowl.

Now, add 2 tablespoons of any grated processed cheese, then add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder, ½ teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/3 teaspoon of salt (or to taste), 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 egg. Mix this well with hands.

Once it is mixed well, apply cooking oil generously to your hands and give it a donut shape. Now, place butter paper on a tray, and carefully place the shaped donuts on it. And keep it in the freezer to freeze for at least 2 hours.

They are frozen. Take them out, and fry the donuts. But before frying, Coat the donuts. For this, take 1 cup all-purpose flour in a bowl, and add 1 tablespoon of peri-peri masala to it and mix well. Now, take 2 eggs in another bowl, beat it well, and in another bowl, take corn flakes, ground it finely.

Now, first coat frozen donuts well in the flour mixture, Now, dip it in the egg, and coat it well, and now finally, put it in the corn flakes and coat it well.

Now, take oil in a pan, and let the oil heat up to a medium-hot temperature. When the oil is hot, add 2-3 donuts at a time and fry them. When they are fried on one side, flip them. And fry them for 5 to 6 minutes.

Keep the flame on medium. And see, they have started getting a nice color. Once they get a good color, and 5 to 6 minutes have passed, simply take them out.

See, the chicken donuts are ready. And they are as amazing to eat as they are tempting to look at.

Ingrediants:
For Scrambled Eggs:
4 Eggs
¼ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

For Sauce:
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
3 se 4 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Corn Flour
½ Cup Milk
¼ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala
¼ Teaspoon Oregano
¼ Cup Processed Cheese
Handful of Finely Chopped Fresh Coriender Leaves

For Garnishing:
Some Crushed Black Pepper
Some Finely Chopped Fresh Coriender Leaves

Preparation:
For this, I have taken 4 eggs. To this, we will add ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon milk. Then, we will whisk the eggs thoroughly.

Now, we will fry them:
In a pan, we will add about 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and let it melt. Keep the flame on low. Once the butter is melted, pour the eggs into the pan. We will cook the eggs on a low flame.
Note: You must keep one thing in mind: Do not touch the eggs immediately after pouring them into the pan. When the edges are slightly set (tighten), gently push the cooked egg to one side with a light hand. This will allow the remaining uncooked egg to flow back onto the pan.
We are going to make a soft scrambled egg because we will be cooking it again later in the sauce. Break the egg into small pieces. Slightly larger chunks will look better. Now, flip it and cook it from the other side as well. We will only cook them until they are lightly set.
In the same pan, we will add about 1 tablespoon of the same unsalted butter and let it melt. We will keep the flame strictly on low. When the butter melts, add 3 to 4 finely chopped garlic cloves. Now, add 1 teaspoon of corn flour. Cook this just until the raw smell is gone. We will cook the corn flour for only about 30 to 40 seconds. After the corn flour is well roasted, we will now add ½ cup of milk. Add the milk and stir it quickly so that lumps of corn flour do not form. We will cook this for only 1 to 1½ minutes. The sauce has started to thicken.
Now, to give it a good flavor, we will add spices. Add ¼ teaspoon salt (or according to taste), ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes, ¼ teaspoon garam masala, ¼ teaspoon oregano. Lastly, we will add ¼ cup of processed cheese and cook it for about 30 more seconds. The sauce is now ready. Now, we will add the scrambled eggs we made earlier. Gently mix them with the sauce. Once the eggs are coated with the sauce, add a little coriander (cilantro) and gently mix it well.
The amazing Buttery, Cheesy, Garlicky Eggs are ready in 5 minutes.
Now, we will dish it out. Now, garnish it with a little crushed black pepper and some fresh green coriander.

Today we will make Rich & Creamy Methi Malai Paneer
Let's start making such a easy & best recipe.

Ingrediants:
For Gravy:
1½ Tablespoon Refined Oil
3 Medium Size Onion
3 Medium Size Roughly Chopped Tomato
2 Green Chilli
1 Teasppon Ginger Paste
1½ Teaspoon Garlic Paste
16 se 18 Cashiew
1 Teaspoon Salt or According to Taste
½ Cup Water

For Tempering
2 Tablespoon Refined Oil
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
3 Cardmom
2 Clove
1 Bay Leaf
½ Cup Fenugreek Leaves
1 Cup Cream (Malai)
¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala

Preparation:
For this, take 1 to 1½ tablespoons of refined oil in a pan, and let it heat up. As soon as the oil is hot, add 3 medium-sized roughly chopped onions, and cook them until they are translucent. Once the onions are translucent, add 3 medium-sized roughly chopped tomatoes, 2 green chilies, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1½ teaspoons of garlic paste, 16 to 18 cashews, 1 teaspoon of salt or according to taste, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder or according to taste, ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, and mix it well. And cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add ½ cup of water to it, and cover and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. About 5 minutes have passed. Now turn off the flame and let it cool down.
After it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it to make a fine puree.
Now, add 2 tablespoons of refined oil to a wok (kadai), and let it heat up. As soon as the oil is hot, add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds, 3 cardamoms, 2 cloves, and 1 bay leaf, and let them crackle. As soon as these spices start to crackle, add the puree that we had prepared. And roast it well on a low flame. When it is well roasted, add ½ cup of fenugreek leaves, broken in this manner, and cover and cook it on medium to high flame for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. When the fenugreek is cooked, and a little oil starts to surface, add about 1 cup of cream (malai) to it, and mix. Since the gravy is currently thick, adjust its consistency by adding water at this moment. And mix it well. Now, check the salt at this time; if it seems low, adjust the salt as well. I have prepared flavored paneer at home; now add this too. Now add ¼ teaspoon of garam masala and cover and cook it again for 5 minutes. And there you have it, Methi Kadai Paneer is ready.

Ingrediants:
For Gravy
2 Tablespoon Refined Oil
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
3 Green Cardemom
1 Bay Leaves
2 Sliced Onion
3 Roughly Chopped Tomato
3 Green Chilli
8 to 10 Galic Cloves
2 Inch Ginger
1 Handful of Coriander Leaves with Stems
18 to 20 Cashiew Nuts
Salt According to Taste
1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Cup Hot Water

For Grinding
½ cup pani

For Tempering
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
¼ Teaspoon Suger
2-3 Tablespoon Fresh Cream
¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala
¼ Teaspoon Roasted Kasoori Methi Powder

For Kofta
100 Gram Cottage Cheese
50 Gram Cow Milk Khoya
1 Medium Size Boiled Potato
2 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
¼ Teaspoon Salt or According to Taste
¼ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
¼ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
¼ Teaspoon Black Pipper Powder
¼ Teaspoon Roasted Kasoori Methi Powder
1 Tablespoon Chopped Cashiew
1 Tablespoon Chopped Resins
1 pinch fresh elaichi powder
All Purpose Flour to Dust the Plate
1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
1 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Ginger
Oil for frying

Preparation:
First, we will prepare the gravy for the Koftas.
For this, heat a pan on high flame, and add oil. As soon as the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, green cardamom, and bay leaf and let them crackle. As soon as the spices start crackling, add 2 sliced onions, and cook the onions on high or medium-high flame until they turn translucent. Now, add roughly chopped tomatoes, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, a handful of coriander stems, cashews, salt to taste, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder, and mix well, and cook for only 2 to 3 minutes. Now add a little hot water. You only need to add just enough water so that it comes up to the surface of all the ingredients. Now, mix well, and then cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes have passed. Now, check it. Look, everything is cooked well. The tomatoes have also softened nicely. Now, simply switch off the flame, transfer everything to a vessel, and leave it to cool down. Now that the mixture is cool, transfer it to a jar. Add water and make a smooth paste. It has turned into a very fine paste.

Now, for the tempering. Keep the pan on a low flame and add butter. Once it melts, add Kashmiri red chili powder and mix it. Now, with the help of a strainer, strain the gravy into the pan and add it. If the gravy is thick and still needs to be cooked more, add water to adjust the consistency. Now, stirring continuously, cook the gravy for 5 to 6 minutes more. After cooking for 5 minutes, see how fantastic its consistency has become. At this point, check the salt. If needed, adjust the salt according to taste. And add sugar to adjust the sourness of the tomatoes. Add fresh cream; this is very important. Now add garam masala and roasted Kasuri Methi powder. Now, mix all these ingredients well. See how beautiful and how perfect the gravy is ready.

Now, let's quickly prepare the Koftas.
For this, I have taken paneer (cottage cheese). The paneer should not have any moisture. If it does, press it between your hands like this to remove the moisture. Now, grate it with the help of a grater. Mash the paneer with your hands until it becomes smooth. I have taken cow milk khoya (evaporated milk solids). The khoya also needs to be mashed like the paneer. Mash the khoya with your palm until it becomes smooth. The khoya is also smooth just like the paneer. Now, mix the paneer and khoya together. For binding, I have taken a boiled potato. Grate this as well. After grating, mash the potato well so that it also becomes completely smooth. When the potato is mashed well, mix the potato with the paneer and khoya. For binding, I have taken maida (all-purpose flour) in this. Now, mix it well. Now, in this mixture, add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, roasted Kasuri Methi, grated and chopped cashews, chopped raisins, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped fresh coriander, and finely chopped ginger. Now, mix all these ingredients well with a light hand. Now, we will cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now, take oil in a pan, set the flame to medium, and let it heat up. While the oil is heating, we will make the koftas. Take a portion in your hand, and give it a shape while gently mashing it. Similarly, we will prepare the koftas in batches. Do not make all the koftas at once; we will only make as many koftas as we can fry in one batch. To check the oil, take a small amount of the mixture, form a small ball, and drop it into the oil. If small, slow bubbles start appearing around the ball and it gently floats up, it means the oil is absolutely perfect and ready for frying the koftas. Stir the oil with a spoon, and then carefully add the koftas one by one. Do not touch the koftas at all for 1 minute. After 1 minute, stir the oil again. Once all the koftas float up, turn the flame to high and keep stirring them with a spoon so that the koftas cook evenly on all sides. And then, after 1 minute, turn the flame back to medium. The koftas are now ready. Similarly, we will fry the next batch of koftas.

We will not cook the koftas by adding them into the gravy, otherwise, the koftas will disintegrate in the gravy. For this, place the koftas in a bowl. And just pour the gravy over the koftas. This prevents the koftas from breaking. Now, give it a final touch by adding cream on top. Look, smooth and creamy Malai Kofta is ready.

Today we will make super crispy and haldiram style Panchratan Mixture.
Let's start making such a easy & best recipe.

Ingrediants:
1 KG Potato
½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ Cup Cashew
½ Cup Almonds
¼ Cup Rasins
¼ Cup Curry leaves
1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
¼ Teaspoon Black Pipper
½ Salt
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Oil for Frying.

Preparation:
have washed and peeled the potatoes thoroughly, and placed them in water. I have taken this type of slicer. Using it, we will slice the potatoes like this, into very thin chips. Now, we will join these chips together and slice them this way into the shape of a julienne (thin sticks). Following the same process, we will take 6 to 8 chips from all the potatoes and make the lacche (shreds).

Now, we need to remove the starch from these potato shreds. For this, we need to rub the potato shreds like this. Take them out and put them in another bowl of clean water. Now, we will wash them again in this second water and put them into clean water again. Repeat this process 4 to 5 times until the water runs completely clear. Keep rubbing them with your hands like this repeatedly to remove all the starch.

Finally, in this last bowl of clean water, add lemon juice and 4 to 5 ice cubes, and leave them for about 30 minutes. After dipping in cold water for 30 minutes, see how crisp they have become. Now, we will take them out in a strainer, drain the excess water, and then spread them out on a cotton cloth like this to dry them. See, they are dry now; there is absolutely no water left in them.

Frying the Lachha and Nuts:
Now, take oil in a pan and keep the flame on medium. We will fry the potato shreds that were dried. Do not touch them at all right now, until the bubbles rising from the oil start to subside. Now that the bubbles have stopped rising, we will stir them. This may take 3–4 minutes to fry.

Note: I am using a thick-bottomed wok (kadhaayi), so I have kept the flame slightly high. If the wok has a thin base, keep the flame at medium.

See, they are fried now. Take them out with a strainer, drain the excess oil, and transfer them onto a kitchen towel or tissue paper. Fry all the shreds this way. Now, take all the fried potato shreds into a bowl.

Now, we will fry all the nuts, one by one. First, we will fry some cashews. Do not fry them too much. Just fry them until they get a light golden color. Now, we will fry some almonds. You can also dry roast them instead. Take some raisins; just put them in the oil and take them out immediately. Also, put some curry leaves into the oil and take them out.

Assembling the Panchratan Mixture:Now, add all the fried nuts to the potato shreds. Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala. Add $\frac{1}{4}$ teaspoon of black pepper. Add $\frac{1}{2}$ teaspoon or even less of salt. Since we have also added chaat masala, which contains salt, please add salt according to your taste. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. And also add the curry leaves. Now, mix everything well.

So look, the crispy Haldiram stype Panchratan Mixture is ready.

200ML Condenced Milk
3/4 Cup Milk Powder
1/4 Cup Desicated Coconut

Preparation:
In a pan pour 200 ML condensed milk, now add 3/4 cup milk powder into it and mix it well, then add 1/4 cup desicated coconut and mix it well. now shape it into a shape of burfi. and decorate with silver warq and chopped pistasio and almonds.
