Aarohan is one of the few successful NGOs that has run on individual donorship so far.
We have an enthusiastic bunch of volunteers who believe and support Aarohan's vision! Our volunteers come from various backgrounds to bring different experiences and learnings from their fields. We have journalists, lawyers, teachers, students from the best institutes in India and people from consulting and other corporate jobs who work closely with us to help us improve everyday.

Baripada is a small nondescript hamlet in district Mayurbhanj in Orissa. It is bereft of any kind of development, be it economic or social. Aarohan has taken the initiative to promote the facility of education for the benefit of the local children at Baripada. We have reached out to ~100 students in a very short time!
