📊 YOUTH POPULATION REALITY (PLFS 2023-24)
• Total Youth Population (15-29): 83.1 Crore
• Not in Education/Employment/Training: 8.7 Crore (10.5%)
• Labor Force Participation Rate: 45.1% overall
• Gender Gap: Women 32.8% vs Men 77.2%

🎓 EDUCATION VS EMPLOYABILITY MISMATCH
• Higher Education GER: 30% (AISHE 2023-24)
