VIPREET NAUKASANA– (Reverse boat posture)
Vipreet means reverse, nauka means boat. This
posture is also called salabhasana in Iyenger
yoga.
STEPS:
* Lie on the floor on the stomach, stretch your
arms back along the sides of your body.
* Exhale and lift the head, chest and legs off the
floor simultaneously as high as possible. The
hands shouldnt be placed on the ground. Only
the abdominal front portion should rest on the
floor.
* Contract the butt and stretch the thigh muscles.
Keep both leg fully extended and straight and
touching at the thigh knees and ankle.
• Stay in the posture for as long you can with
normal breathing.
BENEFITS:
* Helps in digestion, relieves gastric troubles and
flatulence.
* Its practice relieves pain in the lumbar, the sacral
region and lower back.
* Good for slip disc.
CONTRADICTION:
* Lumbar spondilitis, high blood pressure, heart
conditions.

BUTTERFLY EXERCISE FOR KIDS
The Butterfly Exercise for Kids is focused on stability of the upper body, abdominal strength to hold a straight and long back, movement of the lower body, coordination, posture, and flexibility.
When performing the butterfly exercise with kids, it’s important to keep these in mind.
Place soles of feet in front and together before starting butterfly flaps. Place soles of feet together in front of the body and hold them in place using muscles and placing hands on feet or ankles. If you have a young child, it’s helpful to help place your child’s feet together for him or her to help with understanding and performing the exercise.
Sit long and tall. Imagine a string is a attached to the top of your head and is pulling you up. Try to have a straight back and pull your belly button into your spine. This will increase abdominal engagement and work on posture.
Focus on controlled movement. The goal is not to do the butterfly flaps as fast as possible. Focus on controlling the movement and doing long, specific flaps with the legs.
Remind kids about using good posture. Once the game and/or exercise has started, children might begin to slouch while doing the butterfly exercise. Remind children to sit up and make themselves as tall as possible.
Encourage kids to keep trying. As long as they are trying and moving, encourage them! This will help them gain confidence. Then you can begin to refine the movement as confidence increases.

हृधमनी समूह के द्वारा पंचम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के शुभ अवसर पर आयोजित सात दिवसीय योग शिविर का आज समापन दिवस बिहार के जमुई जिले के चिल्ड्रेन पार्क में संपन्न हुआ। इस समारोह में जमुई जिले के पूर्व विधायक श्री अजय प्रताप सिंह जी तथा जिले के अन्य अतथी उपस्थित रहे। आज के इस शिविर में सभी वर्ग तथा उम्र के लोगों ने भाग लिया। खासकर महिलाओं तथा बच्चों ने बढ़- चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया। विधायक जी ने हृधमनी समूह के उ्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं दी तथा ऐसे शुभ कार्यों के लिए हरसंभव मदद का आशवासन भी दिया।
इस कार्य को आयोजित करवाने के लिए अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद्, जमुई के कार्यकर्ताओं को बहुत - बहुत धन्यवाद्।

DAY 2: HRIDHAMNI Free Yoga Camp on the Occasion Of 5th International Yoga Day Celebration. Yoga Instructor Aman Sir is organizing free Yoga Camp at Jamui, BIHAR on the aupicious International Yoga Day. People are much excited and Interested about the Camp. Childrens with their parents have participated and are enjoying the yoga camp organised by Hridhamni group. Team is bound to work on field of of Health and Wellness and to spread awareness among the public about Good Lifestyle.

Clean and balanced of the environment is essential for the survival of human civilization. This fact has been understood by western civilization in the context of twentieth century, whereas the Indian Manisha had acquired it only during the Vedic period. Our sages knew that the earth, water, fire, space and air these human beings have created from these five elements.
He was aware of the fact that if one of these five divisions became corrupted, then its bad effect on human life is inevitable. Therefore, while making every religious act to maintain balance, they had made provision of giving oath to keep all the parts of nature in the equanimity.
