With this notion our 3PGDAV COY conducted the Rank Ceremony for the session 2021-22 so that the responsibilities are shifted to the new shoulders of NCC. Our Chief guest for the ceremony was CO of 3DBN LT. Colonel B.S. Negi. The new pillars of 3PGDAV COY are:

II Rajpath RDC'21 II

"करता चल निरंतर प्रयास
बढ़ता चल हर पथ पर"

We are immensely proud to announce that SGT Rajib Layek has recently completed Republic Day Camp 2021 and experienced one of the best moment of his life.
He was a part of NCC boys contingent and got the opportunity to march on Rajpath in right file on the occasion of Republic Day Parade.
This year some Rajpath cadets also participated in PM's Rally marching contingent and he also performed there and gave his best as Flag Bearer.

A big congratulations on your achievement.
You made the entire 3 PGDAV company proud.
Hope you have a great journey ahead.

We are extremely proud to announce that SUO Rahul Thadiwal recently completed Republic Day Camp 2021.
He had led the PM's Rally Delhi Contingent as Contingent Commander.He was accompanied by SGT Rajib Layek(Flag Bearer) and SUO Shikha Thapa (part of contingent).

He has shown that he has the ability to lead the team whether it is college or any national camp he always strives to give his best.

✨RDC'21✨

"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."

With this notion SUO Shikha Thapa fulfilled her dream of attending one of the prestigious camp RDC'21 and became camp senior (SW).

This is her hardwork, dedication and leadership skills which paved the way for the successful journey of RDC'21.

Although this journey wasn't easy,at the end she did it.

She was part of PM's Rally Delhi Contingent and perfectly led her team during the camp.

I AIR POLLUTION AWARENESS DRIVE I
II PLEDGE TAKING II

"स्वच्छ वायु, स्वस्थ आयु।"

Delhi as the capital of India now popularly known as the capital of worst air quality in India.
The air quality in Delhi is the worst of any major city in the world. Many health issues like chronic respiratory disease, asthma and difficulty in breathing are caused by Air Pollution. Delhi has become worse than the hell.

Keeping this in mind SW Cadets of 3PGDAV COMPANY has organised "Pledge Taking" on "Air Pollution Awareness Drive" so that being a part of NCC and resident of Delhi we can aware more people in order to reduce level of air pollution in Delhi.
Cadets also participated in essay writing and quiz competition.

II SWACHHTA PAKHWADA II

Rajpath Swachhta Abhiyan-2021 (Ex-Sahyog) was inaugurated by Def Secy Dr Ajay Kumar, IAS at India Gate on 18th January 2021.

2 SW and 16 SD cadets from 3pgdav company have volunteered to spread awareness about cleanliness by the means of posters, banners and pamphlets and by personal example of plogging.

Poetry recitation, experience sharing and nukkad natak performed by the cadets of Delhi Dte.

Around 400 cadets from different institutions have volunteered to clean the area around Rajpath and spread awareness among the people. @ India Gate

3PGDAV COY is an elite institution running NCC and creating leaders in the society. With the shift the Institution has pledged to provide the best to the nation and has been training the Cadets of NCC for the SSB to play the role of a leader in the Defense Forces of the worlds biggest Democracy.

It has introduced the SSB preparation classes for aspirants interested in joining Defense forces.

The Institution is covering Screening Test, Psychological Test, GTO Test, Interview and Conference in the syllabus. The classes are being held in an online and safe environment. This is an initiative to bring Officers Like Qualities in the Cadets of NCC.

New Enrollment of boys in NCC

On 9th December, 2020 NCC of PGDAV College held its new enrollment for the coming session.

120+ candidates arrived in the college in 3 slots for enrollment process.

𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭

It started from a written test in the morning where we tested the awareness of the candidate in current affairs and General Knowledge.

𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭

After clearing the written test candidates appeared in physical test which comprised of 1600m Race, Push-ups, Crunches and Shuttle Run.

Finally candidates reached the last stage which of enrollment process which an Interview with ANO sir along with SUO & JUO.
