Were travelling in train –“Raptisagar express”-(12512) in coach S5, S6, S7 seat no. 39,47,55from Chennnai central to Lucknow jn. 03-02-2015.Journey was quite pleasant until we reached Warangal. Our tickets were checked two times at Chennai central and other place by lady T.T.E and they accepted the tickets without any objection. Train was stopped between Warangal and Ramagundam (9:00 AM TO 02:30 PM) and group of people calling themselves railway squads entered the train ,they asked us to show our tickets and ID cards, being very co-operative we showed them our tickets then they asked us to show CONCESSION FORM, we showed them the scanned copy of FORM from our phones ,we requested them ,we will provide them the hard copy of the concession form at Lucknow railway station ,they refused to accepted it, they pressurized us to pay Rs.2580 per head for to and fro journey or to get out of the train. We collected the maximum amount from us and pay them the amount of Rs.2200 , but still they demanded extra money from us, they started threatening us that they will through luggage, in fact they almost through our luggage, and they even said “do whatever you want to do, we don’t care even if prime minister come to your side”, we requested them to consider our situation ,they wrote “cancelled “on our tickets and even tear the photocopy of our ticket, they took our original tickets and were not ready to give our tickets back to us, we requested them to talk to our faculty on phone, but they abused us and talk in very abusive manner with our faculty, we were helpless, we started panicking ,as situation was beyond our control ,then with the moral support our fellow passengers, we raised our voices against them, then they became aggressive and started harassing us, and molested girl from our group and shouted at boys .Our fellow passengers objected them, then passengers get aggressive and asked them to stop creating a mess and to return their tickets back. They handed our money and tickets, but threaten us not to mention about this incident to anyone, two of the T.T.E escaped from the point, and rest of the T.T.E started collecting the cops from every station take the revenge or to threaten us, we were sacred so we filed a FIR against them. We called the police but they even police was supporting them, we were not aware of their communication, they pulled us out of the train and we were blocked to come back in at train.
We have enclosed a copy of our tickets and PNR no. and names of other passengers along with their signatures who were fooled by them.
Just because we 11 people raised our voices against this misbehave, we were forced to de-board the train at upcoming station. We were threatened for the next four stations, and fellow passengers were also blocked by them for helping us. We were forced to delete al the evidences against them which we had recorded and clicked. We request you to stop this and take strong action against this collection of amount, because they are making a good amount of money from passengers, because its daily routine of those T.T.E .
