Rustam Khan is very special, I met him for the 1st time in 2012 when he wanted a wheelchair chair & medicines. Since then, I've interacted with him a number of times and JDSKS ngo tries to help him out with whatever requirements he has.
He's a OPD patient at Safdarjung Hospital. He has been provided with a commode chair this time.
