तो बच्चा खुद पर भरोसा कैसे करेगा?”

मां का रोल सिर्फ संभालने का नहीं होता, बल्कि सुरक्षा + भरोसा + हिम्मत देने का होता है। अगर उसी जगह डर बैठा दिया जाए, तो बच्चे में ये चीज़ें दिख सकती हैं:
बिना वजह डर या anxiety
नए काम करने में हिचक
आत्मविश्वास की कमी
मां-बाप पर भरोसे में कमी
इतनी छोटी उम्र में बच्चों को “डराकर सिखाना” सही तरीका नहीं है। इस उम्र में तो:
खेल के जरिए सीखना
प्यार से समझाना
safe boundaries बनाना
ये ज्यादा असरदार होता है।
आपने जो “Red Light, Green Light, Yellow Light” वाली बात कही—वो बहुत अच्छा तरीका है 👏
इससे बच्चा discipline भी सीखता है और डर भी नहीं बनता:
Green Light → freely play, explore
Yellow Light → slow down, careful
Red Light → stop (danger zone)
ये approach बच्चे को control नहीं, बल्कि understanding देती है।
