The primary wing conducted an Inter-House Display Board Decoration Competition on 29th April 2026. The event aimed to promote creativity, teamwork, and house spirit while encouraging students to express core values through art and design.
Each house was assigned a theme reflecting a key value:
Shakti House: Motivation
Pragati House: Inspiration
Kirti House: Respect
Jagriti House: Aspiration
Each house was allotted a dedicated display board space.
The corridors were transformed into vibrant galleries of ideas, with students explaining their concepts to judges and peers.
Boards were evaluated on:
Relevance to theme – Clarity of the value represented
Creativity & originality – Unique ideas and design
Visual appeal – Color, layout, and neatness
Teamwork & presentation – Coordination and explanation

5D Founder Tree making Inter- Class Competition
We conducted a 5D Founder Tree Making Inter-Class Competition on 27th April 2026 for students of Classes 3 to 5. The activity aimed to foster creativity, teamwork, and an understanding of the school’s legacy while developing fine motor skills and environmental awareness. Teams were tasked with creating a 3D model of a “Founder Tree” using eco-friendly materials like cardboard, paper, clay, and recycled items. Each tree had to incorporate the values and skills they learn from the principal, teachers, mentors, guards, didi and seniors and pen it down on cut outs of fruits and leaves and tag them on the tree.
The room buzzed with energy as students collaborated to design colorful, symbolic trees. Some teams included miniature plaques with the school motto, while others crafted leaves representing student achievements. The competition showcased not just artistic talent but also deep thought about the school’s values.

*Inter-House Street-Play Competition*
As part of Mira Spirit Week, an Inter-House Street-Play Competition was conducted on 29 April 2026 for Classes 11 and 12. The theme _My Inspiration_ encouraged students to dramatize real-life figures, ideas, or values that motivate them to bring positive change.
All houses presented self-scripted street plays in the school auditorium. Performances combined dialogue, music, and impactful formations to portray themes, such as, social reformers, teachers, parents, environmentalists, and everyday heroes. The format captured the raw, engaging spirit of street theatre while adapting to an auditorium setting.
The competition fostered creativity, teamwork, and public speaking skills. It gave students a platform to reflect on who inspires them and why, aligning with Mira Spirit Week’s goal of character building. The event successfully blended performance with purpose.
The Inter-House Street-Play Competition was a vibrant and meaningful part of Mira Spirit Week. It left the audience inspired and reinforced the idea that inspiration, when shared, can spark change.

*Inter-House Board Decoration Competition*
An Inter-House Board Decoration Competition was held on 28 April 2026 for the students of Classes 11 and 12. The event aimed to channel creativity towards environmental awareness, urging students to visualize and express how _Small Actions Today_ lead to a _Stronger Tomorrow_.
All houses participated enthusiastically, presenting boards that reflected the theme through artwork, slogans, and innovative design elements.
The boards were evaluated on the following parameters:
- *Creativity*: Use of materials, color schemes, and original design concepts
- *Relevance*: Alignment with the theme _A Better Tomorrow_
- *Overall Impact*: Visual appeal and clarity of message
- *Originality*: Uniqueness of ideas and ex*****on.
- Messages such as _“The future is something we create”_, _Think, Learn, Act, Inspire, Transform_, and _Be the Change. Create Hope. Build a Better Tomorrow_ were prominent.
- Action points like _Reduce Reuse Recycle, Plant a Tree, Educate Empower Elevate,_ and _Together We Can_ reinforced the theme.
The competition successfully fostered teamwork, creativity, and ecological consciousness. It provided students a platform to translate environmental values into impactful visual storytelling.
The event concluded on a high note, leaving a lasting impression on participants and viewers alike. It reaffirmed the idea that young minds, through creativity and conviction, can inspire steps toward _A Better Tomorrow_.

MIRA SPIRIT WEEK
DAY 3 ACTIVITY
*Tiny Prints, Big Hearts*
Classes 1& 2 students joyfully participated in a Thumb Printing Card Making Activity for Founder’s Day, creating colourful handmade cards with their tiny thumbprints. The activity encouraged creativity, fine motor skills, and beautifully nurtured the values of love, gratitude and togetherness.
Tiny prints indeed made big hearts and brighter smiles! 💛

*MIRA Spirit Week – Self-Composed Poem Recitation*
MIRA Spirit Week celebrated student creativity on *27 April 2026* with a Self-Composed Poem Recitation event. Centered on the theme *”My Inspiration”*, participants from all houses presented original poems.
Each house fielded 2 entries. The 3-minute performances highlighted personal stories, role models, and ideas that inspire our students.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all four houses.The poems reflected a wide range of inspirations, including parents, teachers, nature, books, and personal experiences. The participants displayed commendable creativity, confidence, and clarity of expression, making the event both inspiring and engaging for the audience.
The judges evaluated the entries on the basis of originality, adherence to theme, expression, and presentation. The house-wise winners are as follows:

1st position- Kirti House
2nd position - Pragati House
3rd position- Jagriti House
The event lived up to its tagline: students showed their spirit, shared their voices, and truly shone on stage.

Classes I & II | Founder’s Day – Gratitude Tree
As part of Mira Spirit Week, students of Classes I & II participated in the Gratitude Tree Activity . Children brought gratitude leaves with thoughtful words and together created a beautiful Gratitude Tree.
The activity nurtured values of gratitude, kindness, sharing and respect, while encouraging children to express thankfulness in a meaningful way. It was a joyful celebration of togetherness and the spirit of our Mira family.

DAY -2 ACTIVITY
CLASS I & II
COMMUNITY LUNCH
The joyful spirit of Mira Spirit Week continued with the heartwarming activity Community Lunch, where students of Classes I and II came together to share food, laughter and togetherness. With cheerful hearts, children brought homemade dishes and enjoyed a delightful meal with their classmates and teachers.
The activity beautifully nurtured the values of sharing, caring, gratitude and unity. As children exchanged food and sat together as one family, they experienced the joy of bonding beyond classrooms. The Community Lunch became a meaningful celebration of friendship and the true spirit of togetherness.

Bookmark Making Activity – Senior Wing (Classes XI & XII)
As part of Spirit Week celebrations, a Bookmark Making Activity was conducted for Classes XI and XII. The students participated with great enthusiasm, showcasing their creativity, artistic skills and above all their understanding of the core school values that each Miraite carries within.
Each student designed a unique bookmark based on the given theme- ‘A Core School Value’, using vibrant colors, creative patterns, and meaningful ideas. The bookmarks reflected originality, effort, and thoughtful expression.
The results were truly impressive, with beautifully crafted bookmarks highlighting the talent and dedication of the students. The activity was both engaging and inspiring, making it a great success for the Senior Wing.
