Dear Alumnus

A warm greetings to all the fellas of KV INA.

First of all we regret to inform that due to certain construction work in the school premises the alumnus association could not organise the alumni meet for 2014 and 2013 respectively. And we are extremely sorry for the same.

However the gud news is that the alumnus association has become again active and is pleased to announce its 7th alumni meet "SANGAM the BONDING" with the fest titled as "YAADEIN-2K15" on 19th Dec 2015 this year at KV INA campus itself.

The old alumnus association has again enhanced its greatest support to the newly formed team and it's members who have pledged us to take this event to a big get together with a new structured format.

As per today's minutes of meeting the major things have even being discussed in the August presence of the alumnus association members. The following are some of the snapshot:

1) The alumni meet will be conducted every year on 3rd Saturday of December month every year.

2) The timing of the event will be from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm at KV INA campus with high tea.

3) The association has decided to felicitate the alumnus on or before year 1990, teachers, principles and the pillars of the people who were actually the back bone of this meet with their first idea and initiatives.

4) It's mandatory that the minimum registration fees for each individual alumnus for the alumni meet will be Rs 500 /- .

5) We strongly invite the alumnus who are actually serious about the alumni meet and want to be the part of this meet every year. Thus we encourage only those alumnus who are ready to contribute to the association as corpus fund such that the future alumni meet can be organised in respective years.

6) The targets for this year's alumni meet is set to be over 250 alumnus as head Counts.

I on behalf of the alumnus association pledge and need your support to organise this alumni meet in a structured and professional way.

Please keep informed to your nearer and dearer batch mates about this meet.

IMPORTANT CIRCULAR

Dear Team,

After hearing many updates and discrepancies regarding the renovation of KV INA campus, Its being decided by the Alumnus Association that the alumni meet "Sangam- The Bonding " is supposed to come up with a new AVATAR this time which will have a prime focus to make the meet stable, professional and useful.

The discussions are still on and is expected to be closed by a week about the final date of celebration that is tentatively last week of December 2013 or 1st week of January 2014.

But it is finalized that the meet will not be organized in school campus at any possible way because of the ongoing CPWD construction.

Thus the 8th Alumni Meet is supposed to be celebrated in Defense Officers Club in Delhi.So Its very clear that the alumnus are invited along with their family (Mom/Dad/Spouse/Kids). A contribution fixed amount of INR 1200-1500 will be charged for each alumnus(amount includes family aswell).The amount for alumnus who are student and studying in some college will be discounted against the valid identity card.

I hope Delhi bagged highest vote cast out of four state assembly elections of around 67%. Congratulation for voting!

Like the same let us start concentrating on our association where neither shiela nor harsh nor kejariwal is available.

As per my discussions with principal of the KV INA the following facts had come up up front
1) The school is divided into to sections one is 1st to 9th which is accommodated in RK puram and 10th to 12th which is accommodated in Andrews ganj.
2) The Barracks are made in front ground for temporary classes which was tentatively to start in october which didnt happen.
3) The back ground is not in the position to be utilized for a second even for any purpose due to the abandoned situations.
4)Its very difficult to get clean and clear the ground by laborer.
5)The 1st deadline to complete the construction was october then november then december and now till march 2014.
6)The students will be called back to the old school in the new FY 2014-15 which will be too late to organize our alumni meet.

Hence after listening these all bottle necks and constraints what i believe is with regard to organize the alumni meet this year only but a delay by a week and on sunday in a private club.

Dear Alumnus,

First of all I want to bring the attention of you all registered members of KV INA school towards the alumni meet which successfully completed its 7th year celebration 2012. There was a great effort by some new generations who came forward and organized the Alumni Meet 2012 in the absence of senior management. The association was glad to see about the success.I personally congratulate to esteemed organizers old and new alumnus for their continued support.

But its really ice breaking that this year's alumni meet is still in dilemma whether to be organized or may be stopped for ever.I really do not understand as what went wrong with the team.

I felt surprised and even bad when i received a call from 1987 batch pass out who is settled in Bangalore and asking for Alumni meet. Friend's do you know what he asked? He asked how to register to the alumni association. I was taken into his words and thought what should i say!
Is that because of our non existence of association or the meet is stopped for ever.

I do not know how should I start.I am pretty sad and tears were in my eyes when i realized the rise and fall of the association. Every thing was and is in front of my eyes. I know people will take this as joke but the fact is I LOVE MY SCHOOL.

I want to save this association. I want to bring back the rhythm of the meet.I need all alumnus to join me to start a fresh. I know its hard to bring back the seniors but my apologies are with all of them.Its my request to all of you to join hands and come forward as the association needs a help fro all you guys & gals.

Dear Alumnus,

Last year was the End of Season 6-"Sangam". However thanks to all the youngsters who carried out the last season with full Masti and Mazzaaaaa!!
This is an official announcement from the veteran association who initiated and ran the KV INA Alumnus Association successfully till 2011.

An idea is here to bring back the Aumni Meet in a new "AVTAR" this year 2013. We are looking forward for all the interested alumnus who can gear up and take a challenge and bring back the zeal of old days.

Its really bad to see that people being in a very good position and successful are not coming forward to take up the challenge.

The association is still active and with a little changeover where we goonna be internationalized. The blue print plan as on now will introduce Partners and Associate Partners. The focus of this group will be very stringent and efficient to re engineer and re evaluate our organization time to time. This structure will have a core member team and an operational level team where the alumnus will be entitled to get in as per his/her efficiency, thought process and will to take up the Alumni Group to a higher level.

This year we are planning to celebrate the alumni meet not in school rather in a full fledged professional way. Kindly start replying here for the same and let us tune for a new Avtar Group.
