It is a Painting cm Letter Writing Competition organized by Delhi Postal Circle.

CLASS - I TO V ( ONLY PAINTING )

CLASS - VI TO VIII ( PAINTING AND LETTER )

THEMES FOR LETTER AND PAINTING

1. COVID -19: Staying at home and its challenges
2. COVID -19: Corona warriors
3. COVID -19: How the poor and the weak have been affected?
4. COVID -19: New ways of learning in pandemic times
5. Humanity and Community in the age of the COVID -19 Pandemic

Prize ( in each category )

1st Rank : Rs 15,000 + Certificate of participation
2nd Rank :Rs 10,000 + Certificate of participation
3rd Rank : Rs 5,000 + Certificate of participation
Consolation Prize ( 2) Rs, 2,000 each + Certificate of Participation ( 2 Nos )
All participants are entitled to receive participation certificates

Submission Guidelines :
1. Painting and write-up should be an original creation of the participant.
2. The letter may be addressed to any person to whom the participant wishes to write.
3. Content from the internet not allowed, the entry will be summarily rejected.
4. The letter about the painting should be in Hindi English only.

The word limit for the LETTER is -
1) 700 - 1000 words for class VI-VIII

Only one submission is allowed.
Painting could be in ink, watercolor, oil color, or any other medium (computer printed/printout will not be allowed). The design submitted should be such as can be depicted on the special cover in a visually appealing manner so as to be of interest to philatelists/collectors.

Participants are free to use drawing paper, art paper, or any other type of white paper of A4/A3 size.

Submission should include the name of the participant, contact number, email id, copy of Identity Card issued by the school, ID card issued by the school in 2020 as well as 2019 will be regarded as valid.
