📋 Your Role As a Field Associate, you will:Visit Kirana and retail stores to explain the benefits of the free ARISE training.Assist shopkeepers with registration and Aadhaar-based e-KYC on the Skill India Digital Hub.Help retailers enroll in the "Coca-Cola Super Power Retailer Training Program".

✅ Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
Tools: Must own a smartphone with internet.
Skills: Confident communicator, comfortable with mobile apps, and ready for outdoor field work.
Documents: Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque, and 2 Photos.

Under the Sashakt Ramgarh initiative of Madhuban Sri Aurobindo Ashram, we empowered rural women of Ramgarh village, Uttarakhand, by equipping them with a unique and in-demand skill of mushroom cultivation—through an intensive 3 day training program.

Beyond cultivation, the women learned how to transform mushrooms into sustainable income streams through value addition and market-ready products.

Excited and empowered, they returned home carrying not just mushroom bags, but renewed confidence and possibility.
