Don’t Let a Low Package Stop You | BTech Tier 3 Reality 📈

Your Starting Package Does Not Define You 🚀
When I was in my final year of BTech, I got a job offer for 4 LPA. Meanwhile, my friends were landing packages of 7 LPA and 9 LPA. They used to flex on me, acting like they were better just because of their starting salary.
On top of that, I faced so many rejections simply because of my college and my 10th-grade marks. One company rejected me because they wanted 80% in 10th (I had 60%), and another company didn’t even email me back because they were only hiring CS students, not IT students. Two big opportunities slipped away just like that.
But I didn’t give up. I started my career with that 4 LPA job. I worked hard for four years in the market, switched through four different companies, and today, I am working at Adobe.
Here is the reality check:
To all those friends who flexed their starting packages—where are you now? You are still in your first company, comfortable with small appraisals, while those of us who kept hustling have moved far ahead.
Success is not a sprint; it’s a marathon. The people who win are the ones who don’t settle and keep running. If you are sitting with a 3.5 LPA job thinking your life is set, or if you are feeling bad about a low package, wake up!
I come from a Tier-3 college just like you. I am not a billionaire’s son; I had to hustle and struggle just like everyone else. If I can make it, so can you.

Dark Side of LinkedIn: Unpaid Internships & Fake Success

Stop Believing Everything You See on LinkedIn! 🛑
If you open LinkedIn right now, it feels like every single person is wildly successful. Everyone is posting about their new internship, joining a top company, or hitting a huge milestone.

But as someone who talks to students in real life, here is the concrete ground reality of what is actually happening behind those viral posts:
1. The Internship Lie: That “amazing” internship they wrote a massive paragraph about? Behind the scenes, it is often completely unpaid, and they just exaggerated the title for likes.
2. The Job Reality: That fancy new company update? They might just be struggling as an intern on a ₹15,000 stipend with no full-time guarantee.
3. The Validation Trap: Getting 40,000 impressions on a post does not make someone successful. I have had a reel hit 10 million views, but it didn’t change who I am. Stop treating social media metrics like a Nobel Prize!
We are losing our real happiness just to get public validation. Why are you stressing out competing with someone who claims to make ₹2 Lakhs a month? You are comparing your real struggles to someone else’s fake internet persona.

Your happiness is in your own hands. Stop chasing public validation and certificates just to show off. Focus on building real skills in real life.

Don’t Try This ‘Long Jump’! The Biggest Mistake for New Developers in Web Development Roadmap

Tag a friend who is trying this ‘Long Jump’ in coding! 😅 Are you a new developer? Then you will surely find this very funny and relatable!
This meme is so true! When we start learning web development in India, we have this big question: “In what order should I learn?” 🤯 We start correctly with HTML and CSS. Then comes JavaScript, which is the most important part.
But look at this new developer! He is trying to make a giant jump from JavaScript all the way to DSA and AI tools like Claude! 🤯 He completely skips React.js, PHP, and Laravel! He is even still wearing the original HTML step as a shirt, which means his basics are not strong yet.
This is a very common mistake. Rushing to advanced tech and interview-specific concepts (like DSA) before mastering the core fundamentals and common frameworks is a bad idea. It will only confuse you later. You won’t know why things work, only how to copy-paste.

Always follow the step-by-step roadmap:
1. Core Web: Start with solid HTML and CSS (make beautiful pages, don’t forget this like he did!) 🧱
2. The Logic: Master JavaScript (variables, functions, DOM).
3. The Framework: Learn a frontend framework like React.js.
4. The Backend: Learn a backend language and framework like PHP and Laravel (or Node.js, etc.) and build full projects! 💻
5. Then, the Advanced: Focus on DSA and explore new AI tools once your basics are super strong.

Back in 2019, seeing my 12th-grade results felt like the end of the road. The college rejections piled up, and the disappointment from relatives and society was heavy. I felt completely lost and ashamed.

But I decided that a single piece of paper wouldn’t dictate my future. For the next 6 years, I put my head down, ignored the noise, and focused entirely on building real skills. Fast forward to 2026, and I just cracked my dream role at Adobe. 🏢✨

To every college student feeling stuck or defined by their grades right now: Your comeback can be stronger than your setback. Start focusing on what actually matters in the tech industry:

Many students ask, “Why is your live coding program paid?”

Here’s the honest answer.

Creating a high-quality live coding program takes thousands of hours of preparation, industry experience, mentorship, doubt-solving, course updates, and continuous support. Just like colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and every professional service, educators also invest their time, knowledge, and effort to help students achieve results.

The goal isn’t to sell a course—it’s to provide real value that helps students build skills, crack internships, land software engineering jobs, and grow their careers.

Free resources on YouTube are amazing for getting started, and I strongly encourage students to use them. But structured mentorship, live guidance, personalized doubt-solving, and career support require time, effort, and a dedicated team.

Success doesn’t come from finding everything for free. It comes from investing in yourself, staying consistent, and taking action.

If you’re serious about becoming a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or cracking product-based companies like Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or other top tech companies, focus on learning, building projects, and improving every day.
