RDIAS, in collaboration with RIIO, successfully hosted a Leadership Talk on “From Campus to Corporate: Skills and Mindsets for Future Leaders” on 19 September 2026.

✨ Ms. Deepika Rajor, People Business Partner – Global Enabling Functions, PepsiCo India, shared valuable industry insights on workplace expectations, professional growth, adaptability, communication, confidence, and the mindset needed to navigate the corporate world.

The interactive session went beyond theory, giving students a practical understanding of what it takes to transition from a classroom learner to a confident corporate professional. 💼

🎭 Where Expressions Find a Stage! ✨

The Arihant Club (Cultural Committee), RDIAS, successfully organized the Pratigya Workshop for selected students of BBA (H), B.Com (H), and MBA from 7th to 17th September 2026.

The workshop provided students with an enriching platform to explore and strengthen their theatre skills, confidence, expressions, creativity, and stage presence under the guidance of Mr. Amit Tiwari, External Trainer. 🎬🌟

Through engaging theatre exercises, performances, and the Monologue Competition, students stepped beyond their comfort zones and showcased their talent, spontaneity, and storytelling abilities. 👏

🚀 Learning Beyond the Classroom! | Corporate Visit to Amazon DEL5

The Training & Placement Department, Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS) successfully organised an insightful Corporate Visit to Amazon’s DEL5 Fulfillment Center for the MBA Batch 2026–28.

The visit provided our students with an opportunity to experience the real-world dynamics of e-commerce fulfilment, supply chain management, warehouse operations, technology-driven processes, and organisational practices. 📦💻

From observing large-scale operations to understanding how technology and people work together to deliver customer excellence, the experience offered valuable practical insights beyond textbooks.

A great step towards industry exposure, experiential learning, and building future-ready management professionals. 🎓✨

Frame the Chaos – Your Vision, Your Stage, organized by Nazariya under the Media Management Cell (MMC), RDIAS, was a creative talent identification and selection initiative held on 15th September 2026. The event provided students with a practical platform to showcase their skills in photography, visual storytelling, reel production, and digital editing through a campus-based creative audition.

Participants were challenged to interpret a given theme, capture original content, and demonstrate their creativity and technical abilities within a time-bound setting, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the judging panel.

The initiative highlighted students’ creative potential, originality, and digital media skills while encouraging them to actively engage in institutional content creation and media initiatives.

🚀 From Case Studies to Real-World Solutions! 💡

The Binge Town Case Study Challenge 2026–27, organized by RIIO at RDIAS, was successfully conducted on 14th September 2026, providing students from BBA III & V, B.Com (H) III & V, and MBA I & III with an exciting opportunity to step into the world of real-world business challenges. 📊✨

Adding valuable industry perspective, Mr. Soumay Bansal, Co-Founder, The Binge Town, along with the Binge Town team, interacted with students and shared practical insights into entrepreneurship, business strategy, and industry practices. 🤝

The challenge followed an engaging funnel-based format, moving from the Team Case Challenge to Group Discussion and finally the Individual Extempore Round, testing students’ analytical thinking, creativity, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. 🔍💬
