That's not a small gap : that's millions of capable, hardworking graduates left with nowhere to go, year after year. And it's not because they didn't study hard enough or care enough.
It's because the system trained them for exams, not for employment.

The jobs exist. The talent exists. What's missing is the bridge between the two : real coaching, real skills, a real path from classroom to career.

If you're choosing a degree right now, take a breath, you don't have to get this perfectly right.

AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Robotics, HealthTech, Analytics-driven business , these are some of the fields growing fastest as the world changes. Not because they're magic, but because they're built close to where things are heading.

But no degree carries you all the way on its own. What matters just as much is what you build around it , a little curiosity about AI, a lot of judgment, and the willingness to keep learning as things shift.

Wherever you start, you can grow the rest from there.
