INDIA-DENMARK VIRTUAL EXCHANGE

A lively and interactive Virtual Exchange Program was conducted with a school in Denmark, where students engaged in meaningful conversations and learned about each other’s daily lives and interests. The session focused on discussions about school life, popular sports, famous food items, hobbies, and cultural experiences in both countries.
One of the most exciting parts of the session was the food presentation activity, where students from Denmark enthusiastically showcased sandwiches prepared using different food ingredients. They explained the ingredients used, their favourite combinations, and the importance of healthy eating habits. The activity added fun and creativity to the interaction and allowed students to explore different food preferences and culinary ideas.
The exchange program provided students with an excellent opportunity to interact with their international peers, improve communication skills, and develop global understanding in an enjoyable and engaging manner. The session was filled with curiosity, learning, laughter, and memorable moments for everyone involved.

To celebrate the unconditional love, strength, and evolving spirit of motherhood, The Indian Heights School organised a special Mother’s Day evening titled “*Maa 2.0: Evolving with Every Generation.*” The celebration honoured mothers for the many roles they play with grace, resilience, and dedication in today’s world.

Mother’s Day reminds us to express gratitude for the endless care, support, and sacrifices made by mothers every day. Through engaging activities, vibrant performances, and joyful moments, the event celebrated the beautiful bond between mothers and children while creating memories to cherish forever.

To honour the essence of motherhood, The Indian Heights School conducted a soulful letter-writing activity titled “A Letter never Sent” for Grade VI on the occasion of Mother’s Day. Through sincere words and thoughtful expression, students gave voice to emotions often left unspoken — turning paper into a space filled with love, gratitude, and cherished memories.

Students of Grade X from The Indian Heights School enthusiastically participated in the Dastaan-E-Dilli Quiz 2026 organized by World Monuments Fund India at the India International Centre, Max Mueller Marg, New Delhi. The event provided students with an engaging opportunity to explore the historical and cultural heritage of Delhi.

Through active participation and discussion, students showcased curiosity, awareness, and teamwork while deepening their appreciation for India’s rich legacy and heritage.

The Indian Heights School proudly congratulates its talented Quiz Team of Grade XI students for their commendable performance in the prestigious What’s Next? Quiz Competition organized by Fateh Education held at Kamani Auditorium. Competing among nearly 80 participating schools, our students showcased exceptional knowledge, teamwork, confidence, and analytical thinking, successfully securing a place in the Semi-Finals.

Their dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm throughout the competition truly deserve appreciation. This remarkable achievement reflects their spirit of excellence and continuous pursuit of learning.

India-Bulgaria Virtual Exchange Program 2026

A virtual session was conducted with a partner school in Bulgaria, creating a wonderful platform for cultural exchange and global learning. Our students enthusiastically showcased the rich and diverse culture of India, highlighting traditions, festivals, cuisine, and heritage. In return, the students from Bulgaria shared fascinating insights into their own culture, customs, and way of life.
The session proved to be an enriching experience for both sides, fostering mutual respect, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of each other’s countries. It was truly a memorable interaction that helped students broaden their global perspective while building meaningful connections across borders.

Labour Day – Hands for Humanity

The Indian Heights School observed Labour Day through Hands for Humanity, where students brought essential items and expressed heartfelt gratitude to helpers, housekeeping staff, and nannies.

This initiative became a meaningful learning experience, helping students understand the vital roles these individuals play in our daily lives and in keeping our environment running smoothly. It encouraged empathy, respect, and awareness, while reinforcing the dignity of labour.
