IMPORTANT-- It's long, but read it:

I had my exam on 20th. I'm one of the viewers of Abhinay Maths on YouTube. Abhinay Sharma started discussing questions of the previous day shift from 18th Feb,,i.e. 17th shift questions discussed on 18th Feb and so on..
I had watched all such videos that time but didn't pay much attention as to how questions were so accurate. Abhinay said some of his students had memorized questions.

I revisited those videos today, spent 3 hours of my precious time on 17th Feb question videos(total 4 videos covering more than 50 questions of 17th Feb shift).

The interesting part? In these videos, Abhinay has provided options too. The screenshots of 17th Feb shift released by SSCTUBE, wch depict the remote access, and the questions and options for the respective questions covered by Abhinay Sharma are exactly the same and in same sequence. Ab yaar itna perfectly kaun yaad karke aa Sakta hai??

These screenshots were released by SSCTUBE on 27th Feb, but Abhinay Sir was having those questions immediately after the exam, having exactly same options in same sequence in wch we had got in our exams.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight the fact that Abhinay Sir is associated with SSCTUBE from few months. Also, the way he was initially furious about the pathetic condition of SSC and later when protests began, was reluctant to participate as much as his counterparts were participating, raises further doubts.

I saw and matched all 4 videos of 17th Feb shift with screenshots by SSCTUBE for the same day and both questions and options are a perfect match.
I'm uploading some of the questions here, both screenshots and video screenshots for the same questions. You all can verify yourself whether I'm speaking truth or lie.

Video you'll get it on Abhinay Maths channel, it's not difficult to find.

Now, coming to sentiments of those who might feel offended and may become abusive- see, I have been benefited by this channel for Maths, but that doesn't mean I'll idolize him. And please don't tell me about social service he's doing by giving free videos. None of the videos are free, we pay by watching advts. There are always 10-12 advts for each of his videos. I'm still sorry if anybody has felt offended, but these are the times when we can't trust anyone. Even you should not trust me, you yourself verify the facts I've put on here.

Suggestions and additions are welcomed. And I need your help folks, for verifying the same things for 18, 19 and 20 Feb shift questions.

आज पहली बार zee news पे इस महिला anchor के taal thok के show को देख के लगा कि आज zee news की studio से कोई BJP agent नही, वास्तविक में कोई पत्रकार बोल रही है। जिसने स्टूडेंडस के हक में बात की। सभी पार्टियों के नेताओ को लताड़ा, और सत्ता पक्ष के नेताओ और PM मोदी की चुप्पी पे सवाल उठाया।
पर इस डिबेट में आज कोई bjp की तरफ से नही आया क्योंकि उनके पास कोई जवाब नही है इस SCAM का अभी।
इस आंदोलन की कवरेज की सुरुआत रवीश कुमार जी ने Nd tv में की। भले ही देर सही पर अब abp न्यूज़ एंड zee न्यूज़ भी इसको दिखाया। हम सभी स्टूडेंडस की तरफ से लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तंभ media को तहे दिल से धन्यवाद।

Sify CEO Kamal Nath Receives Warrant In Amway Fraud Case
June 4, 2013

The Economic Offences Wing of the Kozhikode Crime Branch has charged Kamal Nath, CEO of Sify Technologies, as an accused in the Amway multilevel marketing fraud case for continuing to provide its services to Amway in spite of receiving a warning letter from the Crime Branch three months ago, reports New Indian Express.

The report also states that the Crime Branch had pointed out in its warning letter that Amway has engaged in money chain business and so Sify should stop its services to the company. However, in its reply Sify had stated that they were only engaged in a bone fide business with Amway. On these grounds, a warrant has been issued against Nath by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court in Kozhikode on being charged under section 109 (abetment) of the Indian Penal Code and also being listed as the 14th accused in the Amway case.

Originally, a case against Amway was filed based on a complaint received from Vishalakshi of Chathamangalam.

Another Case of Intermediary Liability?

It appears to be a case of intermediary liability as the report states that Sify continued providing its services on the basis of bona fide agreement with Amway. However, since the Crime Branch had provided them with a warning 3 months prior to the issue of the warrant, the company is being held responsible. It seems that the technology company is being taken to task due to their client’s wrong doings. However it is not clear if the wrong doings of Amway are directly related to malpractices using the services provided by Sify Technologies. This is not the first case of intermediary liability in India.

Although the nature of the case was different, earlier in November 2012, Internet Service Providers were also held liable for copyright infringement on the internet by the Madras High Court. In this case, the court had ruled that the submission made by ISPs that they cannot prevent “future wrongs” of piracy of content is not correct, and their apprehensions about the inability to “enforce or implement the order of this court are unfounded. The court found the contention that websites host both infringing as well as non infringing content “unmeritorious”.

It is also worth noting that the Information Technology Act 2008 has amended the definition of intermediary liability by including the Telecom service providers, internet service providers, web-hosting service providers, search engines, online-payment sites, online auction sites, online market places and cyber cafes as reported by Mondaq
