Empowering, inspiring, and celebrating women across our Tumkur, Bhiwandi, Mansa, and Munger centres this International Women's Day! From insightful discussions with our esteemed guests to engaging activities and heartfelt pledges for a more inclusive future, the day was filled with learning, joy, and recognition of the remarkable contributions of women in our communities. Here's a glimpse of the unforgettable moments!

Republic Day was celebrated across our centres in Munger, Bhiwandi, Tumkur, and Bharatpur with great enthusiasm. Our teams and trainees came together to honor this special day, showcasing their spirit through speeches, songs, and activities. The centres were decorated with tricolour ribbons, flags, and balloons, and the celebration ended with the distribution of sweets.

In October, our centres in Tumkur and Bhiwandi, supported by , organized impactful placement drives. Over 190 aspiring candidates, including recent and previous year trainees, participated to explore career opportunities and showcase the skills they’ve gained through our training programs.

With renowned companies like HRH Next, Medplus, Isha Finance, Kayra Technologies, Vestige Pvt Ltd, Reliance AJIO, Eureka Outsourcing, Assort Solution Pvt Ltd, Adhan Solution Pvt Ltd (Flipkart), PSN Supply Chain Solution Pvt Ltd (Myntra), and Aasaan Jobs, the drives were a tremendous success, 31 trainees received on-the-spot offer letters, and over 60% were shortlisted for further rounds. These placement drives not only connect our trainees with top employers but also highlight the strength of our invaluable placement partnerships.

In September, at our Tumkur, Bharatpur, Bhiwandi, and Mansa centres, supported by , we conducted the 'Safety, Security, and Respect for Women Everywhere' awareness sessions. These sessions, attended by 337 youth, were led by experts including advocates, social workers, and police personnel. Through engaging dialogue, trainees gained crucial insights into workplace and personal safety, gender equality, consent, legal rights and emergency preparedness. Equipping these young minds with the knowledge to foster respectful relationships is vital for building safer, more equitable communities for women. Their empowerment today lays the foundation for a more aware and responsible society tomorrow.

Trainees at the Bharatpur center actively participated in valuable interactions with employers from esteemed companies such as Greentech, CFS, and Force One Protection. As a result, they successfully secured positions at Jeevan Rekha Hospital, Hope Hospital, Cancer Hospital, Rajasthan Hospital, Anokhi Hotel, Media Tech Call Centre, and several other organizations. The recent placement drive demonstrated remarkable success, showcasing the youth's commitment to choosing commendable career paths.
