As a telecaller, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting aspiring students through the application process, answering their queries, and providing them with valuable information about our partner universities and programs.

Requirements:
🌟 Fluent in English - Exceptional command over spoken and written English is a must.
🌟 Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
🌟 Customer Service Oriented - A friendly and helpful demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service to students.
🌟 Strong Interpersonal Skills - Building rapport with students and maintaining relationships with partner universities.
🌟 Detail-Oriented - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and application processing.

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective students, answering their queries and providing information about study abroad programs.
📞 Assisting students in the application process, including document collection, form filling, and ensuring compliance with university requirements.
📞 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in our database.
📞 Collaborating with team members to achieve monthly targets and provide exceptional customer service.
