Tamago yaki literally means “grilled egg” in Japanese, and it is a popular dish for breakfast, bento boxes, or sushi toppings. 🍱🍣
Today, our culinary students at IICA New Delhi learned how to make this simple yet elegant dish, under the guidance of our Japanese chefs. 🙌
