We’re pleased to have Dr. Jon M. Garon, Associate Dean for Technology & Innovation and Director of the Goodwin Program for Society, Technology, and the Law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, joining us as a Plenary Speaker at the Collaborative Conference on “Global Convergence on Intellectual Property 2026.”
Dr. Garon is a Professor of Law and a nationally recognized authority in intellectual property, entertainment law, copyright, information privacy, technology regulation, and free speech. His work reflects a strong engagement with the evolving intersection of law and emerging technologies.

We’re pleased to have Ms. Meghna Mishra, Senior Partner at Karanjawala & Co., joining us as a speaker for the Practical Skills Workshop on IPR on the occasion of World IPR Day.
With over 20 years of experience in litigation across a wide range of forums in India, Ms. Mishra has built a strong reputation in Intellectual Property Rights, advising clients on the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights. Her practice also includes high-stake IPR disputes and arbitration matters, where her strategic approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills stand out.
As the lead for the Delhi High Court and trial court practice at her firm, she handles matters related to commercial and contractual disputes, company law, insolvency, inheritance, property, and matrimonial cases.
Her contributions have been widely recognized—Chambers & Partners Global Guide 2023 ranked her in Band 4 for Dispute Resolution: New Delhi-based, affirming her standing as a key figure in the legal community.
