>How we improve children’s lives
TZP uses a holistic approach to help us achieve more for children, and to use our resources in an efficient and sustainable way.In every programme we aim to:
*.innovate – develop and prove evidence-based, replicable solutions to the problems children face in getting quality education
*.achieve results at scale – by expanding effective and sustainable approaches by engaging our strong network of members consistently with the Children.

>Working as cohesive TZP
TZP comprises of 132 youth members (Still counting) .Who work in a synergistic manner to achieve our motto all over India .TZP delivers our programmes national and internationally to ensure we achieve the greatest possible impact for children. We have a small virtual centre which connects us all around the India .Our members work together to mentor TZP stars on regular basis , campaign for better outcomes for children, and to deliver programmes at scale to support children.

The welfare of children is our primary concern. All of our members and representatives commit to safeguarding children and respecting their rights, both at work and in their personal lives
*.We have clear procedures to prevent, report and respond to any risks to children. We ensure that the children and families we work with understand their rights, the behaviour they should expect from us and how they can raise any concerns
*.We are rolling out a comprehensive, organisation-wide risk management process and have a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption.
*.We monitor, evaluate and report on our programmes, to measure and demonstrate our positive impact on children's lives and ensure we use our resources efficiently.

℅What we do ?

>Education
Education improves life-long health, income and prospects. TZP works to ensure that every child receives a good quality education and gains the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the 21st century. We support programmes that are proven to promote learning in school and in the community. And we influence national policy to improve children’s access to quality education, from pre-school care through to adulthood. Research shows that many children in India struggle to learn to read even though Graduating from High Schools. To address this, our innovative Literacy Boost programme supports basic reading skills among young children throughout India. we are expanding the programme to benefit tens of thousands of children. As are intending to design and sponsor the training program for teachers to be more effective, Literacy Boost involves whole communities in promoting reading through activities such as reading camps and reading buddy schemes. We deliver quality education programmes to reach children who are missing out on school, giving out-of-school children access to education in community centres and youth clubs. These children attend more classes and achieve higher grades than their peers in formal primary school. With other NGOs we coordinate providing education to children during emergencies, ensuring that particularly vulnerable children don’t miss out on the benefits that education brings.
