Yuvashakti Model School

Students from Yuvashakti Model School’s Robotics Club participated in the TinkerQuest workshop held at DAV School, Rohini on 23rd April 2026. The workshop began with an engaging session on electronics, where students impressed the organisers with their prior knowledge. It further explored the connection between biology and physics, highlighting natural symmetry in plant growth. A session on Vedic Maths challenged students with unique techniques, enhancing their mental agility. Students also learned about the practical uses of quartz crystals. The hands-on activity of creating paper sundials reinforced concepts of symmetry and precision. The enriching experience concluded with refreshments, leaving students inspired and intellectually stimulated.

Inspired by this spirit, the Eco Club of Yuvashakti Model School, Sector-3, Rohini, celebrated Earth Day on 22nd April 2026 with the theme ‘Our Power, Our Planet’ with immense enthusiasm.
A special assembly was organized to honour Mother Earth. The celebration began with an introductory speech by Eco Club In-charge. This was followed by a warm welcome extended to the Director and the Principal of the school.
The event unfolded with a thoughtful speech, followed by a poem recitation and a Nukkad Natak. The highlight of the programme was the stimulating Nukkad Natak performance by the Eco Club students, which conveyed a powerful message about environmental conservation.
On this occasion, Managing Director Mr. Kartik Sharma, Director Mr. Harinder Kumar, Head of School Ms. Divya Vats, Senior Wing Coordinator Mr. Vineet Vats, and Primary Wing Coordinator Ms. Aarti Aggarwal appreciated the students’ efforts and encouraged them to take proactive steps in spreading awareness and protecting Mother Earth.
The event concluded with a renewed sense of responsibility among students to contribute towards a greener and more sustainable future.

Students from Yuvashakti Model School participated in an AI workshop at Jain Bharti Mrigavati Vidyalaya under Tinkerfest. The session began with a welcome address and an introduction to key concepts of Artificial Intelligence. With guidance, students created a face recognition system and later developed an AI chatbot, showcasing their strong understanding and teamwork. They also actively participated in a questionnaire round, receiving appreciation for their confident responses. Overall, the workshop provided valuable hands-on experience, enhancing students’ technical skills, creativity, and confidence in exploring emerging technologies like AI.
