He started his career as a consultant and during a few interactions, he realized the lack of quality training and in-depth instruction in the field of preparation for accounting exams. This initiated a vision of excellence by the founding Gyan Gurucull and hence, he began his multifaceted professional journey into the academic realm. In his words, “I was aware that I had humongous/uphill task ahead and shouldering the aspirations of hundreds of students could be overwhelming. But I had no other choice, but to perform.”

Johar’s palette of rich experience and exposure was further strengthened by the results of his students. Proverbial/Metaphorical overnight success came in 2018 when his students were among the top three in various levels of CA exams. All India Rank 1 in CA-Foundation and CA-Intermediate in May 2018 were his students. That year, they delivered/produced All India Rank 1, 2, and 3 in CA-Intermediate (May and November exams). 132 rank holders in a decade-long teaching career are a testament to his skills and determination.
