ATL Community Day was enthusiastically celebrated at SBDAV Public School on 22nd April 2026 under the effective direction of our Principal ma'am,Ms Gargi Chhabra. The event aimed to foster innovation, creativity, and collaborative learning among students while showcasing the spirit of Atal Tinkering Labs.

Students actively participated in a variety of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and interactive sessions. Innovative projects developed in the ATL lab were displayed, reflecting students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. The event provided a platform for young minds to explore technology, design thinking, and scientific inquiry.

Teachers and mentors guided the students throughout the activities, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking. The celebration also emphasized the importance of collaboration and sharing knowledge within the community.

The event was a great success and inspired students to continue exploring new ideas and innovations for a better future.

Under the able guidance of our Principal, Ms. Gargi Chhabra, and the mentors of the Eco Club, a meticulously planned assembly was presented by the students of SBDAV Public School,on the occasion of World Earth Day conveying a powerful message of safeguarding Mother Earth for a better and brighter tomorrow. The students showcased a wonderful blend of poems, songs, and a skit, which was highly appreciated by everyone present.This was followed by various activities in the class including poster making, bookmarks and slogan writing on the occasion.

The students of class X made us proud by giving stellar performances in their boards exams. Our principal ma'am, Ms Gargi Chhabra felicitated the students on the occasion and motivated them to soar even higher in the times to come.

The students of Class XC presented a thoughtful assembly on Sustainable Development. They showcased a beautiful array of programs and shared insightful pieces of information that were both engaging and informative with a special emphasis on the accomplishment of SDG goals. Principal ma’am, Gargi Chhabra, appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to forge ahead each day, striving to make a positive difference for the sake of a powerful future of India.

INTERACT- ROTARACT YOUTH SUMMIT 2026

Under the able guidance of our respected Principal Ma’am Ms. Gargi Chhabra the interactors of SBDAV Public School got the opportunity to attend ‘The Youth Summit 2026’ at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. It was a grand event organised by Rotary District 3011.
The speakers were outstanding and delivered highly motivated sessions that inspired and empowered the youth, their words encouraged students to think positively and set their goals in the right direction.
The Youth Summit 2026 was really a thoughtful and meaningful event for the youths. It gave a wonderful platform to the young learners to learn, engage and feel inspired by the esteemed speakers.

The students of SBDAV celebrated World Heritage Day with great enthusiasm and creativity under the able guidance of our respected Principal ma'am,Ms Gargi Chhabra. An inter-house elocution competition was organized for classes VI to IX on the themes “My Heritage, My Responsibility” and “Protection of Heritage: A Pathway to the Future.” The participants expressed their ideas with confidence and insight, highlighting the importance of preserving our rich cultural legacy. In addition, students showcased their artistic talents by designing book covers, posters, and infographics based on their favourite historical sites, making the celebration both educational and inspiring.

On the occasion of World Heritage Day, our school organized a wonderful trip to Mehrauli Archaeological Park, which turned out to be a truly enriching and memorable experience.

We began with a heritage walk that was both engaging and insightful. The presence of our Art and Cultural Team added a special charm, as the blend of dance, music, and artistic expression created a mesmerizing atmosphere.

The beauty of the place was captivating - nature at its best, with vibrant flowers, a lovely rose garden, and a serene lake where boating added to the charm. Walking amidst historic monuments and rocky landscapes felt magical.

Catching glimpses of the magnificent Qutub Minar made the experience even more special. Every corner was picture-perfect, and we captured many beautiful moments.

An insightful interaction with a bat scientist further enriched our visit, making it both enjoyable and educational.

It was truly a day filled with joy, creativity, and unforgettable memories

SBDAV Public School organized a special assembly to pay tribute to Mahatma Hansraj, a pioneering and key figure in the DAV Movement. The assembly featured a beautiful collection of presentations by the students of Ashoka House, including inspiring speeches, melodious songs, thoughtful poems, and engaging quizzes.
It was truly a delightful sight to see our respected Principal, Ms. Gargi Chhabra, actively participating and thoroughly enjoying the assembly. She listened attentively to all the presentations and appreciated the efforts of both students and teachers, making the event even more special and memorable.

🌿 *Induction Ceremony – Prakriti Sankalp Eco Club (2026–27)* 🌿

On *9 April 2026*, *SBDAV Public School, Vasant Vihar* proudly conducted the *Induction Ceremony of Prakriti Sankalp – The Eco Club* during the morning assembly.

The programme began with inspiring thoughts, news, and a meaningful poem on nature, followed by the announcement of the newly formed *Prakriti Sankalp Council* and Eco Monitors from Classes *V–IX*. The young eco leaders took the *Eco Pledge*, committing themselves to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

The event was further enriched by the motivating words of our respected Principal, *Mrs. Gargi Chhabra*, encouraging students to become responsible environmental ambassadors.
