While in Railways, he has contributed extensively to areas such as transportation, commercial operations, disaster management, rail land development, public grievances, and train operation safety.
Naresh is a Bachelor of Science, a Post Graduate in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (MCILT) and has earned a Ph.D. (Honoris Causa) from the National American University, USA. With a passion for teaching and training, Naresh has authored books like ‘Management on the Spot’ and ‘My Way, Your Way, Coz That’s the Way’. In addition, he actively runs YouTube channels ‘Naresh Chand Goyal’ on Motivation and ‘Renown IAS’ for Civil Services jobs preparations.
He is also an experienced motivational speaker and meditation instructor for over 18 years. For the past over five years Naresh has been mentoring candidates for job interview preparations.
