Sharing Glimpses of the “Udhyamshala Mahotsav 2026’ Civil Services Institute Dehradun. We are delighted to announce the signing of an MoU with Rural Business Incubator
as the flagship programme of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of Uttrakhand to empower rural micro-entrepreneurs across all districts of Uttarakhand.

At a time when the state continues to face the challenge of out-migration—particularly from its hill districts to urban plains—this initiative aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities at the grassroots level.

What made this engagement even more special was witnessing the incredible ideas emerging from all the districts of Uttarakhand.

It was truly inspiring to see not just women, but also men and young minds stepping forward with entrepreneurial intent and a vision for change.

Looking forward to contributing to building resilient rural economies and enabling communities to thrive where they belong.

Honored to be part of an awareness session on government schemes for women entrepreneurs at the National Commission for Women. It was a valuable opportunity to share insights about the work being done at SWAN Livelihood and engage in meaningful discussions.
