Risk perception is actually the way people percieves the given disaster like current biological disaster Covid 19..Risk is same for all..However each person felt and react differently in the given situation..
Eg. There are 4 persons ..Suddenly a Tiger come in front of them..How each one of them percieves and react ..
Each one them react differently..May be one of them because of excessive fear get fainted, may be 1 of them gets shoked and unable to move, may be one of them feel the fear and escape from this situation..May be one of them tries for some ways to keep the tiger away..
So the situation is same but reaction is different..Same way in Disaster Management Risk communication depends on Risk Perception.
This Question was asked in UPSC IFoS interview..
Thought to give the solution as per our understanding..

Eccentricity is often associated with genius, intellectual giftedness, or creativity. People may perceive the individual's eccentric behavior as the outward expression of their unique intelligence or creative impulse. In this vein, the eccentric's habits are incomprehensible not because they are illogical or the result of madness, but because they stem from a mind so original that it cannot be conformed to societal norms.😀😀😀
अगली बार कोई बोले किसी को झक्की , शनकी i.e. eccentric ...तो उसे बता देना .ये तो अच्छी बात है ...
