Under the inspiring leadership of our HOS *Ms. Rajni Sahni*, the Science and Mathematics faculty of GHPS Nanak Piao organised a vibrant and productive exhibition in the school premises *on the day of PTM, 16th May, 2026

Our students from *Classes III to XII* transformed corridors into innovation galleries!

🔬 *Science & Maths Exhibition – “Young Minds, Big Ideas”* 📐
Parents were mesmerized by the amazing work of students in the form of *Working Models and Fun Games* based on different concepts of STEM.

🎲 *Maths Magic*: Vedic math tricks, 3D shapes, fraction kits, puzzle corners
🎤 *Live Demos*: Students confidently explained concepts, proving... _"learning by doing is the best way"_ to instill education in today's young generation.

The sparkle in our children’s eyes while presenting their work to their parents was priceless! ✨

🤝 *Meaningful Parent-Teacher Interaction*
One-on-one discussions focused on each child’s academic growth, strengths, and areas to nurture. *Ms. Rajni Sahni Ma’am* personally interacted with parents, appreciating their partnership and sharing the school’s vision for holistic development.

It has been a tradition at GHPS to create spiritual awareness amongst the students, to strengthen the roots of Sikhism, Students are regularly being taught the basic of Sikhism. Ardas being an integral part of our lives help us to overcome all our difficulties and make us strong internally. Keeping this in mind, Ardass Recitation Competition was organised for the students of Middle and Senior Segment at the school Gurudwara Sahib in which the following badged the respective Positions-

A workshop on career counselling was conducted on 8th May 2026 in the school premises. The resource persons were S. Harminder Singh, the founder of Visa Bridge company and the co-founder Ms. jasmeet Kaur. The Visa Bridge company is an AI powered platform designed to help, students make informed decisions about studying working and settling abroad. The focus of the workshop was to give awareness about the career opportunities available in foreign countries which fits the students profile and budget, to give transprency, data driven insights and better planning for future, designed to give personalised recommendations for courses, countries, scholarships and Visa pathways. The global path AI aims to bridge the gap by replacing guesswork with analytics. The students' response was very positive and enthusiastic.

Mother’s Day holds a very special place in the hearts of children, as it is a wonderful occasion to express love, gratitude, and respect for their mothers. Keeping this in mind, our primary segment was given a meaningful opportunity to celebrate this beautiful bond.
The young and enthusiastic children participated with great excitement and joy. To show their love and appreciation, they created beautiful handmade cards for their mothers. These creative activities not only enhanced their artistic skills but also helped them express their emotions in a thoughtful way.
In addition to this, an English Recitation Competition was conducted on the theme of Mother’s Day. The students confidently recited poems dedicated to their mothers, showcasing their speaking skills and heartfelt feelings. Their performances were truly touching and filled the environment with warmth and affection.
Overall, the celebration was a great success. It was a memorable experience for the children as they expressed their love and gratitude towards their mothers in a creative and meaningful manner.
