It might take some extra efforts but all practices will seem worth it when our kids will get equipped with the 21st century skills.

It might seem easy to us, but our kids need extra care and support.

What if we are not in the same room as our kids? The classroom routine should stay the same, so that we can reduce the difference in the virtual and traditional classroom experiences.

Here is Pratyay, who continues to conduct morning meetings and closing circles even in the virtual set up, so that the students don’t loose their good habits and a personal connection is maintained.

A little appreciation creates happiness. Telling our kids that yes, we are observing you every day and we acknowledge the good work you do, will lead to encouragement, even if it is just virtual.

This is Shreya, a Teach For India fellow in Mumbai, who is miles away from her elementary kids. However, she shares appreciation trackers that push her students to work better, and makes her work a little easier.
