Humanities Day “Viraasat & Vision: A Tapestry of the Human Experience”was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 19th May 2026. Students of Classes XI & XII Humanities showcased their creativity through engaging exhibits, games, a thought-provoking Nukkad Naatak on Andhawishwas & Berozgaari and the vibrant Fashion Show of Eras: The Grand Odyssey.

The event beautifully reflected students’ talent, teamwork, confidence and leadership skills while promoting experiential learning.

Summer Fun Fiesta 2026

With the arrival of the summer season, the Pre-School and Pre-Primary Wing celebrated a joyful Summer Fun Fiesta on 15th May with great excitement. The campus came alive with vibrant summer vibes as children enjoyed exciting games, dance, scribbling activities and colourful ball pool fun.

It was truly a delightful celebration of fun, creativity , learning and togetherness packed with beautiful memories for our little ones.

Social Science Week Celebration 2026

The school celebrated Social Science Week with great enthusiasm and active participation from students of Classes I to X. The celebration aimed to promote awareness and appreciation of India’s rich cultural heritage, traditions, agriculture, art forms and historical legacy through engaging and experiential learning activities.
A variety of activities such as role plays, folk dances, vlog making, presentations, Nukkad Natak, Mask Making, Pot Decoration, Alpana Art and Model Making were organised during the week. Students showcased their creativity, confidence, teamwork and communication skills through these activities. An exhibition displaying students’ artwork, projects and models was also organised and appreciated by all.
The celebration provided students with a meaningful platform to develop a deeper understanding of India’s diverse culture and heritage while making learning enjoyable and interactive.

Road Safety Week Awareness

Mother Mary’s School observed Road Safety Week on 12 May 2026 in collaboration with the Traffic Police Department.

A Nukkad Natak by Mr. Rahul Khanna and team, along with an informative session by Mr. Sukhdev (Road Safety Cell Headquarters) and Inspector Ashish Dahima (Traffic Inspector, Mayur Vihar Circle), highlighted traffic rules, helmet and seat belt safety, pedestrian awareness, and the importance of the “Golden Hour” in saving lives.

Students of Classes V & VI participated enthusiastically, making the programme informative and meaningful.

As the corridors grow quieter and the summer sun shines brighter, our Principal Ma’am, Ms. Manisha Joshi extends her warm wishes to all students and parents for a joyful, safe and refreshing summer break.

Bhaarat Bistro: A Celebration of Flavours and Creativity

The Bhaarat Bistro — a vibrant Food Bazaar — was organised on 8th May 2026 at Mother Mary’s School, Mayur Vihar.

Students of Classes IX–XII showcased the rich culinary diversity of India through mouth-watering delicacies from various states, including Sikkim’s Momos, Kolkata’s Dahi Puchka, Gujarat’s Dabeli and Dhokla, along with refreshing summer beverages like Aam Panna, Chaach and Jaljeera.

The event was a wonderful blend of culture, creativity, teamwork, presentation skills and entrepreneurial learning, making it a delightful and memorable experience for everyone.
