5. Kaushal Ganga is a system with a web-enable application developed exclusively for managing the activities of components involved in the Skill Development initiative across the country.

6. It is an integrated application converging all the components in one place. The application facilitates real-time recording of data and their update to the next hierarchy automatically and systematically flow of information. Its automation process eliminates human intervention and thus minimizes the mal-practices and procedural lapses in the implementation of the skill development initiatives.

7. The platform is the first in the industry which provides both backward and forward monitoring of the skill training. It facilitates the unemployed to enter into the system on one side through the direct entry and allows the existing methodology for earning a livelihood on another side.

The utility of the allied components Kaushal Aajivika – Employment Exchange – Kaushal Bazaar- an E-commerce B to C & B to B with an analytical tool with respect to Industry, HSN code, and Compliance to GST and Credit rating. Financial rating based financial assistance is another star emblemed in the application. This live information is made available over the web – cloud and/or a dedicated server.
