Best way to loose 10-12 Kg weight in 30 days :
Don’t starve, eat healthy and happily . I did not cut back on my diet . you will see, I was never starving and never ate what I don’t like.
Breakfast was fruits only till I am full . No juices, whole fruit of my choice.
Lunch was 1 plate salad of my choice and Dal-Chawal-Sabji-Roti till I am full . Any veggie you like . Then green tea after 1 hour .
Snacks was Fruits or salad till I am full . With 2 spoons Chia seeds soaked in water or flax seeds .
Dinner was moong ki daal , ( sometimes fried , mostly boiled )till i was full .
Say no to sugar . I am a tea lover but I reduced my consumption to 30%. Also no panipuri , Biscuits and fast food .
I used to do exercise for around half hour mainly for arms and thighs ( as I have pear shaped body ) and brisking in night for 45 minutes . As there was a marriage in my house , there were lot of household works which kept me physically engaged like going up and down the floors for 6–7 times a day, walking in the markets etc .
