A series of virtual weekend sessions, Anubhav is designed for individuals who have worked directly at the grassroots in India and South Asia and are now transitioning back into structured organisations to institutionalise their efforts.

The eleventh session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the theme of 'The Art of Storytelling'. The faculty for the session was Mr. Shankar Maruwada, Co-Founder and CEO at EkStep Foundation.
The session focused on how to create "sticky" stories that connect with your audience at an emotional level and creates a call for action.

Shankar was part of the start-up team at Aadhaar (Government of India’s unique identification program), setup in 2009. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

The tenth session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the theme of 'How to Engage with Public Officials'. The faculty for the session was Mr. Dhairya Roy, Media & Public Policy Adviser to MLA Ballarpur at Government of Maharashtra (GoM). The session focused on the fundamental tenets of project management, and how to effectively engage with public officials.
Dhairya is an alumnus of Columbia Business School (Management), University of Oxford (Finance) and New York University, NYU Wagner (Public Administration).

The ninth session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the theme of 'Logical Problem Solving'. The session was facilitated by Mr. James Abraham, Founder and Director, SolarArise.
The session helped in taking a step towards becoming effective problem solvers and helped us understand the frameworks that we can follow and the questions that we need to ask to be able to solve a problem effectively and accurately.

The eighth session of Anubhav Lecture Series delved into the fundamental question of what consists of good and effective communication. The session was facilitated by Ms. Vidushi Mehra, who is an actor and theatre professional, and she combined elements of storytelling into the session which made the session extremely engaging and interactive.
Vidushi laid emphasis on the various elements which together lead to the formation of effective communication skills.

The seventh session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the theme of 'Giving and Receiving Feedback' which focused on how to give and receive feedback at work in the best ways possible.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Nadeem Khan, Associate, Mckinsey & Company.

The fifth session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the topic of 'Group Dynamics' which focused on the creation and evolution of groups and how the interaction between individuals affects group norms.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Prasanna Karthik R, Fulbright & Clinton Global Fellow; Former policy advisor to the Defence Minister of India & Chief Minister of Goa.

The fourth session of Anubhav Lecture Series was based on the theme of 'The Art of Networking' which focused on the fundamentals of networking, building and sustaining relationships in our professional and personal settings.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Luis Miranda, Chairman, Centre for Civil Society and Co-Founder, Indian School of Public Policy.

The third session of Anubhav Lecture Series delved into the fundamental question of 'What is Public Policy? ' and this session was addressed by Dr. Shubhashis Gangopadhyay, Dean, Indian School of Public Policy.
Dr. Gangopadhyay touched upon the basic principles and tenets of public policy.

The second session of Anubhav Lecture Series focused on the 'Fundamentals of Writing Well' which was facilitated by Dr. Nimish Adhia, Associate Professor, Economics, Finance & Management, ManhattanVille College.
Dr. Adhia spoke about what comprises good non-fiction writing, why it is important to write well, and how to write concisely.

The Anubhav Lecture Series, fifth edition, hosted its first session on 'Understanding Yourself' which was taken by Mr. Bhawani Singh Shekhawat, CEO, The Akshaya Patra Foundation, UK.

Mr. Shekhawat shared the importance of taking regenerative breaks, the concept of ikigai and the importance of knowing who you are which is an evolving process.

The fifth batch of the Anubhav Lecture Series was launched on 19th December, 2020 with an Orientation Session that was put together for the new cohort. The new cohort consists of members not just from India but also from the South Asian region i.e. Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

The Orientation Session was addressed by Luis Miranda, Chairman and Co-Founder, Indian School of Public Policy, Ranjan Daniels, Senior Associate Dean, Student Recruitment and Global Outreach, Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago and Namrata Arora, Director, Academic Partnerships and Strategy, Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago.

Following this, there was an ice-breaking session for the new cohort led by the Anubhav Team and then, the members of the Anubhav Alumni Community shared their own experiences about the lecture series and its impacts on their personal and professional development.
