In 2008, when pediatric eye care was still an unfamiliar concept for many families, Dr. Rasheena Bansal took a bold step as a woman entrepreneur with a vision — that every child deserves the gift of clear sight.
At a time when very few doctors in India were focusing on pediatric ophthalmology, she dedicated her practice to diagnosing and treating eye conditions in children — from newborns to teenagers.
Understanding the need for awareness and accessible information, she introduced the term childeyespecialist on the digital platform, widely recognized online, helping parents across the country search for and understand pediatric eye care.
What began as a vision to protect children’s eyesight has today grown into PEDIA VISION Child Sight Initiative, providing specialized eye care services for children across Delhi NCR.
Through this initiative, thousands of children have received early diagnosis and treatment for conditions such as:

Squint (Strabismus)
Childhood Cataract
Refractive Errors and Glasses in Children
Myopia Control Clinic
Early Vision Screening for Kids
