Happy Diwali🪔🪔
Wishing you a joyous, bright, and prosperous Diwali!
May your life be filled with light, love, and happiness. 🌟🪔
When I got married, I was told: After marriage, the husband's family comes first. Making them happy is your duty as a wife and daughter-in-law.
Then I had a child, and people said: As a mother, it’s natural to sacrifice. Only if you sacrifice, will you be a good mother.
I believed it. I thought this was the right way to live. So I did everything — went to work, cooked, took care of my home and daughter…But in all this, I forgot to take care of myself. I loved taking care of my family, but I ignored my own needs.
As women, we grow up thinking: if family is happy, we’ll be happy. But no one tells us: no one can make you happy — only you can.
Even going to the parlour for an hour felt guilty. I had zero boundaries. Inside, I was empty.
That’s when I realized: if I don’t take care of myself, I can’t truly give to anyone else. I need to fill my cup first. 💔
Here’s why prioritizing yourself matters:
1️⃣ You’ve forgotten what it feels like to do something just for YOU.
Even small things — a cup of tea, a book, a quiet moment — matter. So many time we can’t get even 10 minutes for themselves.
2️⃣ You keep giving even when you’re running on empty.
We’re told it’s our duty to do everything for family. You smile, keep going… but inside, you’re tired. Prioritizing yourself doesn’t mean you stop caring - it means refilling your cup.
3️⃣ You’ve stopped recognizing the woman in the mirror.
The carefree, happy, dreaming YOU is still inside. Society praises the “dutiful woman” and shames the woman who puts herself first - but choosing yourself is not selfish.
🌸 It’s how you find your dreams, joy, and energy again. 💪
✨Do one small thing for yourself today — read, walk, sip chai quietly.
Comment below — what will YOU do just for yourself?
Save this post as a reminder: You deserve to exist fully, for yourself, first. 🌸
Yesterday we planned to go to a nearby mall — it’s just 30 minutes from home.
We left around 6:45 PM… but what we got was a massive traffic jam!
It took us almost 2 hours and 45 minutes, and for one full hour, we were just stuck at one spot 😅
Normally, it’s easy to get angry —
blame the traffic, the road, or even the driver who took one wrong turn.
But I chose to stay calm.
I played some music, made a few fun videos,
and just enjoyed some fun moments with my daughter in the car. 💕
Because sometimes, life won’t go as planned -
but you can still choose how you respond.
And that choice… makes all the difference 🌸
Tell me in the comments — how would you react in this kind of situation?
And if you’re learning to stay calm too, type “*I choose to respond, not react.”* 💫

✨ September Dump ✨
1. September came with so much rain… many places in India saw floods and cloudbursts. It was sad to see the damage. But by the grace of God, I was still able to enjoy the rains.
2. Finally launched my Evolve Her community — something I had been dreaming of for so long!
3. Had a super fun time at the birthday party of my sweet, lovely friend Preeti.
4. Enjoyed a night drive on Dwarka Expressway after the party.
5. Teachers' Day is always special for me. It gives me a chance to say thank you to my gurus, mentors, and teachers who helped shape who I am. And now, when I get messages on Teachers’ Day, I feel extra grateful and emotional.
6. Tried a yummy platter for the first time at Laidback Café — it was delicious!
7. Got one of those light balloons again for my daughter. I used to get them for her when she was small. Saw it on the way back to office and bought it — just for the sweet memory.
8. 9 and 10. I had an amazing 3-day learning experience at Heritage Resort, Manesar. Took home so many insights and fresh direction.
11. This year, we celebrated 18 years of marriage ❤️
12. Our beautiful wedding day photo.
13. Had a sweet midnight cake-cutting surprise by Ashish! But like a typical wife, I said — “You could’ve just brought a pastry... who’s going to eat the whole cake now?”😅
We often miss small moments in daily life, but this one was special. It truly touched me.
14. Was also sick for whole week with fever so got ready after 1 week of being low.
15. September is always special — it’s my birthday month! Got a lovely surprise lunch with my college friends. We realized we’ve known each other since 2000 — that’s 25 years of friendship! OMG, we’ve truly grown up together.
Also got so many gifts, wishes, and love from family and friends — felt truly blessed and grateful 💖
16. Our society’s Dandiya night got postponed due to rains, but thankfully we celebrated it on the last day of Navratri. October began with proper Garba and Dandiya night!
Got to attend a real Gujarat community Garba for the first time — the energy was just amazing.

Leaving your child is never easy.
Every time I travel for work, I carry a quiet guilt inside me. For 10 years, I never left my daughter alone at night. I chose a simple 9-to-6 job. I was also not very ambitious… I was happy in my normal job where I didn’t need to leave my child. I couldn’t imagine being away from her.
I used to silently judge mothers who travelled for work — "How can they leave their kids?" I wondered.
But everything changed when I started life coaching.
I began to dream again. Solo, work-related travel became part of my goals — also because I wanted my daughter to think about herself too.
Since 2022, I’ve taken several trips, sometimes leaving my daughter for 2 days, sometimes even 5.
On the outside, it might look cool — solo travel, work trips, photos on Instagram, time with friends.
But behind every journey, I’m a mother wiping her tears as she closes the door behind her.
She’s 15 now — a big girl by the world’s standards.
But in my eyes, she’s still my little one.
I’ve learned to embrace both sides of me:
The woman who dares to dream big…
And the mother whose heart is always at home.
Because being a mother and being ambitious should never have to be a choice.
So tell me — do you feel guilty when you leave your child for a work trip?

*August Dump*
1. August was full of celebrations, fresh starts, love and lots of fun.
2. Got a tiny but cute Rakhi gift from my brother.
3. Clicked a sweet pic with my little one (my favourite partner in crime).
4&5 Tying Rakhi to my brother is special… but getting it from my sister-in-law is special for me.
6. Festival day = mandatory family photo (no one escapes!)
7. Finally Tried Matcha for the first time… verdict: hmm, not my cup of tea 😅
8. After ages, made aloo tikki for my little one.
9. Had fun at a friend’s birthday party.
10. Went to meet my special friend… forgot to click our pictures, but at least I clicked the lunch table.
11. Long drives with family = happiness unlocked.
12. Work kept me busy this month, and honestly, I’m so grateful—every new connect and every woman I meet in my coaching journey. I love serving them and in return, I grow as a better person.
13. Big dream moment: finally announced my own community! Super excited (and a little nervous) as it begins from the 9.9.9 portal.
14. August ended, September started… and it’s extra special because it’s my birthday month!

June Photo Dump 💛☀️
1. June started with a beautiful trip to Kerala! Already shared about it in my last post 🌴
2. We came back on June 10th on an Air India flight. Still dreaming about the trip when the June 12th plane incident happened — it really made me feel sad and shaken for a next few days.
3. Got a call from my daughter — “Come fast! Flying Beast is in our society!” 😄 I was so excited to see him in person!
4. This month was full of birthday parties 🎉 I went to one almost every week! This is of friend's son birthday.
5. Went to the mall with family — we mostly order food these days, but this time we ate out and enjoyed great music. Arshika was super happy with all the songs playing!
6. Did an Insta live with lovely Mariam — felt so good to catch up after a long time 💬
7. And yes... one more birthday parties! Haha 😄
8. Even with everything going on, happy to be part of the new batch of SS. Whatever I do able to serve other women to become better version of themselves is my favourite thing.
9. Spent a lot of time in nature this month thanks to our trip. It really helped me feel calm and reconnect with myself 🌿
10. Ended the month with another sweet birthday party — this time my friend’s daughter. These days I get more invites for kids’ parties because my teenage daughter doesn’t enjoy them anymore. She’s growing up fast and loves her own space now... but I still enjoy going 💛
