This is a hidden talent I discovered 7 years back. During that time I wanted to clear my head from work and life stress and decided to paint.
Just like that I bought some paint and a piece of glass and started painting. The first piece I created was a figure of bhuddha.
I loved the whole process of creating whatever I want and fill it with colors.
When I paint I loose track of time and thoughts.
This accidental dicovery soon became a hobby. Now I paint for passion and for people I love.
This is my way of time out from the world.

SELF BELIEF is the only way to move.
There might be people to celebrate your success and stand by your failures or they might be none but there will always be YOU.
There is an aura around you and if you keep your thoughts positive with "awareness and "gratitude" no one can shake your inmost calm.
Simple way to keep your Self Belief unshakable is -
🔸️Invert thinking.
🔸️Faith in your plan and competency.
Don't let anyone and anything shake your mind.

It's time of the year when we love to cuddle in bed,stay warm and watch movies with hot chocolate . But it's also that time of the year when it's all festive around and the year is coming to an end. You start feeling lonely or you fell sad because you still not have started on your business plan or feel that another year gone and you have not achieved the weight loss goal. Specially this year of 2020
So much in our head of what has happened and what we failed get's calculated in our head. Thoughts....thoughts...thoughts and thoughts.
Stop over-thinking things. When we over-think things, we start to get paralysis of analysis.
➡️Use your action to overcome fear. ...
➡️Focus on the present....
➡️Eliminate the distractions....
➡️Reframe limiting beliefs into the positive....

Dealing with pandemic is not only hard for adults but kids as well. A new report says that more than 3 million kids are at a risk of mental health problems resulting from the pandemic.
Kids also go through the stress, anxiety,insecurities and with them being at home with parents and family all the time, monitoring their activities causes kids to become more moody and rebellious.
