The first sign of a suicidal person is depression, followed by isolation and eventually suicidal idealization.
We must be aware about what the people around us are going through. Here are ways

Wondering whether the glass is half empty or half full is missing the point... The Glass is refillable !!
What really matters is to opt for an optimistic thought process... Positive thinking is a mental attitude in which you expect good and favourable results.
It doesn't mean you bury your head in the sand and ignore your problems.
It means approaching unpleasant situations in a productive way.
To encourage positive thinking you need to find what you love.
Writing down one positive experience from each day is helpful.
It could be anything from meditation to playing music that works for you.
Let's fill that glass up !!!
