Dear every one,
All the best to everyone who appearing for GATE CS 2021 exam.

Plan to reach the exam centre for at least one hour before 15 minutes before the exam doesn't try to recollect any subject. Just be calm. Be silent. Do silent meditation or breathing exercise.

Once the exam starts by chance first 2 or 3 questions difficult don't panic. As per other branch exams which are completed, the paper was not difficult. So mostly CS paper also medium/easy difficulty level.

No separate sections for one mark and two marks questions. Before start solving question you must check either one mark or two marks question.

Options of Multiple Choice Questions are circle ⏺️ shape selection button only one choice can select.

Options of Multiple Select Questions are square shape ⏹️ selection buttons. So that easily you can differentiate MCQ or MSQ. However, they also mentioned the top of the question.

Read the question carefully and before start solving question please read options also.

Attempt question which you can solve within one or two minutes, verify answer or calculations once again within 15 or 20 seconds and don't forget to save the answer.

Those questions which may take more time 3-5 minutes, mark them for solving later. better don't solve this kind of lengthy questions in the first 90 minutes of the exam.

For MCQ Questions which are required more time and calculations mark for attempt later. (Instead of marking by using software, better keep one paper which they have given to do rough work. Write only question number which you want to attempt later)

Questions which you can eliminate two options and you know two options not correct answer, and remaining two options are little confusion, attempt that kind of questions. Don't leave the question which you confident two options wrong.

The question which are from unknown areas and completely unable to solve, leave such questions.

GATE CS questions mostly basics and mathematical oriented only. Don't panic read the question carefully. Understand assumptions and constraints.

Verify calculations once again to avoid silly mistake.

Speed vs Accuracy: Give more priority to accuracy rather than speed. Try to solve questions more accurately. at the same time, don't take a long time to solve any question.

don't be emotional about any subject, In case if some question from your favourite subject killing more time means you must leave the question or mark it to solve later. Don't be emotional like I should solve this question anyhow.
