Yoga being a universal gift, an ancient practice that originated in India and now grown into a global phenomenon, was observed fanatically as International Yoga Day. It is a holistic practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to promote overall well-being. Following the theme - 'Yoga for Self and Society', the energetic students demonstrated various yoga asanas.

MOTHER’S DAY REPORT

"*Mothers,the architects of love, the guardians of dreams, and the eternal heartbeat of our lives*." ,
To inculcate the values of appreciation and gratitude for mothers while creating cherished memories together, Mother's day was zealously celebrated in the Pre Primary wing, wherein mothers were invited. Rev. Rajkumari ji graced the occasion with her benign presence as the chief guest of the event. Mothers participated in various competitions and activities ranging from best out of waste to culinary challenges, ramp walk and inpromptu dance performances.
Winners were awarded in order to retain the excitement of the programme. A special assembly dedicated to all the endearing mothers was also observed in the main wing. Rendering songs and rhymes by the students set the celebration ardent.

अपार हर्ष का विषय है की आज की पीढ़ी को मातृभाषा हिंदी का महत्त्व बताने तथा हिंदी भाषा में उनकी रूचि बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से दिनांक 10-05-2024, शुक्रवार को संत निरंकारी पब्लिक विद्यालय, निरंकारी कॉलोनी, दिल्ली-110009 के प्रांगण में अंतर विद्यालयी 'नवसृजन हिंदी संगम-एक नई उड़ान' प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें मुख्यातिथियों के रूप में संत निरंकारी मंडल से प्रचार विभाग की मेंबर इंचार्ज आदरणीया श्रीमती राजकुमारी जी ने शिरकत की तथा दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ अपने आशीर्वचन से सभी को निहाल किया। 'नवसृजन-हिंदी संगम' प्रतियोगिताओं के अंतर्गत तीन अलग-अलग श्रेणियों में विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताएँ हुईं। तीनों ही श्रेणियों में आसपास व दूर-दराज से आए लगभग 20 विद्यालयों ने पूरी सक्रियता से सहभागिता की। प्रतियोगिताओं की समाप्ति पर निर्णायकगण ने अपना स्वविवेकी निष्पक्ष निर्णय दिया तथा विजेताओं की घोषणा की। सभी विजेताओं को प्रमाण-पत्र तथा स्मृति-चिह्न के रूप में स्वर्ण, रजत व कांस्य पदक तथा सभी प्रतिभागियों को सहभागिता प्रमाण-पत्र दिए गए। आए हुए सभी अतिथि विद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधि शिक्षकों, मुख्यातिथियों व निर्णायकगण सहित सहभागी विद्यार्थियों ने भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की और भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार की प्रतियोगिताओं के आयोजन का आग्रह किया।

A day dedicated to the supreme sacrifice made by Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Maharaj, and hundreds of devotees of the Mission, who also laid down their lives for the noble cause of truth, peace, love and unity. A special assembly was conducted with a throng of activities - an enlightening speech on Babaji's life, teachings and values that everyone should learn from and incorporate in their lives was followed by a re-affirming skit showcasing the unification of humanity and soul rendering sufi geets. The significant day was culminated with a food donation drive in the vicinity as a part of the community welfare initiative. This noble act has been a part of the school’s regular regime as we groom our young minds to be sensitized samaritans.

Soaked in the spirits of Christmas, the entire school campus was festooned with colourful decorations. The programme began with an information about the day. A beautiful skit followed depicting the scenes of the nativity and birth of Jesus Christ interspersed with melodious carols sung by the choir. The event ended with cheerful Christmas greetings as the students danced to the melodious tunes of ‘Jingle Bells’ and ‘ We wish you a merry Christmas.’ The dazzling entry of Santa Claus added to the elation and excitement of the celebration. The boundless joy of the festival was visible on the faces of all the children.

To elaborate the point that yoga is an excellent way to take care of one's physical & mental well-being and leads to positive changes in the lifestyle of the people, the facilitators and students at SNPS, Nirankari Colony, celebrated the International Yoga day on June 21, 2023. The virtual assemblies began with a brief introduction on the significance on 'Yoga Day' followed by meditation and demonstration of various yogasanas. An awe inspiring presentation was also showcased, exhibiting the benefits of yoga and other factors. The observance ended with a vow to mark this day by celebrating not only today but every day.

The school feels elated and immense pride to announce that Devan Kathuria of X A has won consecutive Gold Medal and Trophy in National Martial Arts Championship, held in Lucknow. The crown on the achievement was added with his 'Athelete Of The Year Award' in the MMA. His victory is a testament to the countless hours of practice, dedication and sacrifice he has put into his sport. Well done and congratulations champ!

To observe Mass Mobilization on Mission Life (Lifestyle for Environment) and to celebrate World Environment Day, 2023, the school organized a Plastic Awareness Campaign on May 30, 2023. The day kickstarted with a special assembly - comprising of a poem recitation, an informative Nukkad Natak and environmental pledge to reaffirm commitment from all, for a cleaner, greener and sustainable Environment. To conclude, a 'Plastic Clean Up Rally' was flagged off by the HOS, wherein grade IX students and teachers headed off in the vicinity of the campus and vociferated slogans along with the display of posters and placards to enlighten and urge people to stop using plastic for a healthy and pollution free planet.
